Central Valletta - 1 Bedroom maisonnette

Luxury maisonette in the heart of Valletta. Fully renovated in autumn of 2021 with proper insulation to provide guests a cool climate in the summer and a warm indoor climate in the winter. The apartment is ideal for families and couples who wish to enjoy a high living standard during their stay in Malta. This apartment is a fully serviced apartment operated by a property manager guaranteeing you a clean and hassle-free stay.

The maisonette has its own entrance from the street. The layout is in the form of a hallway leading to a kitchen, laundry room, open dining and living area, a bathroom and another small hallway leading to the master bedroom and internal courtyard.

2 guests can sleep in the master bedroom and another 2 guests in the open dining/living area. The sofa is a bedsofa and another stretcher is available. Extra bedlinen for the bedsofa and stretcher is provided.

The maisonette rents fully equipped and furnished including a washing machine, wifi, 2 TVs (living area and master bedroom), fire blanket and smoke detectors in each room. Guests are provided with clean bedlinnen, a set of clean towels, sanitary supplies (toilet paper, hand soap, garbage bags etc.), washing powder and cleaning detergents and materials. Upon request, extra cleaning and laundry is provided upon extra charge of the cleaning fee.

Getting to the apartment is a short walk once you reach the Valletta city gates. If you take the bus (2€ single ticket) from the Airport take the 71, 72 or 73 straight to Valletta. The bus ride will take apprx. 20 - 30 min. depending on traffic or take a taxi with ecabs (21€) or Bolt (appr. 18€) which should take around 15 min. with normal traffic.

This property is managed by DeVink Estates. We are available to help out with any information and assistance (off-site and on-site) related to the property. For after office hours assistance we offer an emergency number. Upon booking we send a booking confirmation with further check-in instructions and refer to our official website on Malta tourist related events and information.

Please note that there are a number of luggage storage terminals in Malta where you can store luggage in the event that you wish to store your luggage before check-in time or after check-out. Great location & set up for the very fair price.
It was a long day of traveling and I was initially bummed that there wasn't a window in the apartment and I couldn't find the hairdryer and there wasn't shampoo.... LOL , it felt tragic, AND after a few deep breaths, I regained my composure and really enjoyed this apartment. The cave-like bedroom is actually a lot like mine, which is great for sleep. As for the window, this is an OLD city and it is just how it is and it's fine! You are out exploring all day and when you get 'home' you are exhausted. Good location, easy walk to Fast Ferry & Sliema Ferry. This apartment is just far enough off of the hustle & bustle streets and has some perfect little local markets and bars/cafe's. Enjoy your stay!
