Awesome location, love my room with the sea view of Nice Promenade. Breakfast was great, service level was below average maybe due to staff shortage but that didn’t ruin it for me. Really enjoyed my stay.

The balcony room was appealing, but the bathroom showed more wear than I liked. The rooftop dining and pool were charming, with great views. I appreciate the hotel layout. However, the hours of the restaurants and bar seemed off more than on. After touring the city for a few days, I realized that the beach view location sacrifices some of the charm of staying closer to the Old Town and City Center. I would return, but not before exploring more options near the city center. The tram and train were conveniently located near the hotel.

Inconsistency is the word. The staff are absolutely unfriendly. Upon arrival it was difficult to find the carpark and we were unsure how to control the gate so I went to the lobby and asked the staff. All I got was the carpark is just round the corner, just try. The next day I asked for a teaspoon at the lobby, was expecting they asked me to wait or would send it up to my room. Surprisingly the staff said there’s no teaspoon and no one was working at this hour (22:00) and he asked me to go up to the sky bar and asked for one. First time in my life of getting such reply from a hotel staff. The last day we planned to have breakfast inside the room so we put our order outside the door before the deadline at 3:30am and at the end the breakfast did no even arrive. Horrible stay and completely disappointed.

This was a great place for us to stay given it’s location to the beach, walkway to city center and old town and for those days we were tired, we took the Tram just behind the hotel. Only Pascal was helpful. The other staff struggled to understand us as we mostly spoke English. This resulted in us not being able to order room service or get the front desk to help us make change/smaller bills for tips around the hotel. Pool staff girl nice was haggard and we didn’t want to bother her for drinks cause she was so tired and busy.

Need a bus to get to Old Town Nice
It is a lovely hotel with a great rooftop pool towards the airport end of Promenade des Anglais. It is not walking distance to the Old Town or main train station or shopping. They directed us to the tram behind the hotel which runs every 20-30 minutes. However, bus 9 or 12 on the Promenade directly in front of the hotel runs every 19 minutes and are much more convenient to get to the main plaza, shops, restaurants, etc. from there, you can also catch a tram that goes directly to the train station.

Ideal location to explore Nice. Right along the coast with a beautiful view. The staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities were very nice and we enjoyed the rooftop pool, bar and restaurant very much.

Nice break
Great hotel. It’s a good half hour walk to Nice centre, but it’s a beautiful walk along the sea front. The tram/metro is only 2 euros and takes 5 minutes.

The hotel and staff were great. Very clean, spacious rooms. The area behind the hotel is neat if you’re willing to explore. There is a great crepes place and kabob place within walking distance. There is no shop in the hotel for drinks and snacks, but there is a fully stocked gas station next door. We rented the scooters from the hotel everyday. Barely needed to drive. Uber is quick in the area. Loved our stay in Nice ❤️

Great view and location
Lovely hotel, room was really spacious and had all facilities needed. Just needed water and coffee provisions to be replenished in the room daily and also a better area for eating downstairs. Food was excellent. Great location for sightseeing
