The house has laminate flooring and a functional and pleasant decor. The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable beds. The living room features warm and overstuffed with soft blankets. Here you will find the TV and extensive library for everyone, big and small. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, oven, hob and you need to cook. The terrace is for your exclusive, wide use, open to the garden with a table to have breakfast or lunch outside enjoying the scenery. You also have a small barbecue available. One room has a desk, ideal for writing and enjoy reading, with garden views.

The house is 130 meters and the garden is 800 square meters. You have an annex room with washing and drying.

Valsequillo Hiking is the capital of the island, with beautiful routes such as the route of the blue tajinaste. It is a town where there is an excellent honey, almonds, exquisite cheeses, strawberries and variety of fruits and vegetables can taste in the market town every Sunday morning.
Nearby there are restaurants of all kinds, but two stand out: The Guajara, where you can try the best steaks in the island and the El Escondite restaurant specializing in high Canarian cuisine

The ideal is to move own vehicle, you have in the house private parking. If you do not have a car, there is a bus stop where you can go to San Mateo Telde or right at the entrance of the estate. There are also taxis at any time.
In the garden there are fruit trees such as avocado and guava trees. We also have Aloe Vera plants, which you can use if you think fit.

No electricity, no hot water. Cold house
If you want house without electricity an hot water - welcome to this property - you will "enjoy" your stay. At first I want to explain that Valsequillo is, I think, the coldest place in gran canaria. If in Puerto Rico is 26 degrees, in Valsequillo is 14. But weather is not a problem. House is very cold. There is 3 heaters, but you can use only 1 at time, if you use 2 - electricity is going down. And if you want to cook - you must disconnect heater - because electricity is going down. I was booked 3 night, but I was there only 1 night - there was no posibility to live here more - in house is 15 degrees!!!!! So, do you want to take a shower? Forget it! You can olny wash your hands - and hot water is end! So, owner knows about this problem and he think that it is ok. I was lost my money, Fortunately not so much. Не едьте сюда! Это одно из самых холодных мест на Гран Канария. Если в Пуерто Рико например +26 то в Василико + 14. Впрочем погода не была проблемой. В доме очень холодно, там есть 3 масляных отопителя но Вы не можете обогревать дом всеми 3 сразу - выбивает автомат. Одновременно Вы можете использовать только 1. Причем если Вы хотите включить плиту и приготовить поесть - то Вам придется отключить любые электрические приборы. Если Вы захотите помытся в душе то это у Вас не выйдет - воды не хватает даже помыть посуду(пару кружек). Я с трудом переночевал 1 ночь из трех забронированных и уехал на следующее утро. собственника и сообщил мне что 15 градусов дома это нормально. Älä menee tänne. Ei missään nimessä. Se on kylmin paikka koko Gran Canarialla. Jos Puerto Ricossa on 26 astetta niin Vasilikossa on 14 astetta. Talossa on 3 lämmitintä mutta et voi käyttää ne samaan aikaan. Sähköt menee pois päältä kun laitat 2 kerralla. eli vain 1. Talossa on 15 astetta - ei enempää. Jos haluat laittaa ruokaa - täytyy ottaa kaikki sahköt pois päältä. Valitse joku muu paikkaa.

la casa necesita un arreglo y mas privacidad. eso deberian de decirlo en la descripcion.
la casa en general es como en las fotos y estuvimos bien, pero, lo que no te dicen es que necesita un "cariñlito". Empecemos por que la entrada es un camino semi asfaltado comunitario con 4 viviendas mas. el camino tiene agujeros donde se traba la rueda del coche.Los muebles de la cocina no encajan, los roda pies estan comidos y con mal aspecto, los techos se ve que la humedad ha hecho estragos,incluso parece que en algunas zonas se han abierto y lo que hicieron fue pintar sobre eso sin arreglarlo, la puerta principal de la casa es de aluminio simple, sin ningun tipo de seguridad.la mitad de las ventanas no cierran por lo que la seguridad es NULA.El jardin NO es privado, resulta que la parte de la finca alquilada es compartida con otras personas que viven alli, Cada casa tiene una valla que las separa de las demas,menos esta, ya que la propiedad no tiene limites delimitados.La vivienda que esta pegada a la que alquilas tiene una especie de enrejado, pero se ve todo, que la separa de la tuya, pero las personas que viven alli o que van de visita, tiene que pasar si o si por delante de ti, por lo que INTIMIDAD CERO, ya que pasan a unos metros del porche. El jardin no esta en condiciones, el cesped es un desastre lleno de cacas de perro, ademas de que no esta cuidado y se notra el abandono del mismo, ya que llegamos a encontrar un vial de medicacion veterinaria en el suelo. perros sueltos por el cesped sin control. Destacable a Paqui, es encantadora.limpieza muy bien.

El sitio y las vistas espectacular. Lo que menos me gustó fue los perros que entraban en tu zona a hacer sus necesidades y los dueños que paseaban con esos perros, no tenían respecto por nosotros recogiendo nosotros todo lo que hacian los perros

Bij aankomst was er een spaanse mevrouw ( was ook de schoonmaakster) die ons wilde vertellen hoe alles moest. Ze sprak alleen maar spaans en probeerde met haar telefoon ons wegwijs te maken. Er stonden inderdaad 3 radiators waarvan er een niets deed. Om ze aan te zetten moest alles uitgeschakeld zijn. De oven en magnetron alleen te gebruiken zonder wat voor stroomgebruik dan ook. het kooktoestel 3 pits, ook alleen maar 2 te gebruiken anders meteen overal de stroom eraf. De buitendeur kon niet open, slot werkte niet. De keukenkastjes hingen allemaal scheef en konden niet dicht, aan een ervan hing maar een scharnier. Keukenkraan stond los , geen stop dus afwassen met de dop van de badkamer. Geen gastenboek, geen formulier waar vuil en afval te laten. Het aanrechtblad staat zo bol dat een fles omvalt van het vocht. De tafel bij de zithoek waren twee pallets met daarop een veel te grote glasplaat met flink uitstekend scherpe hoeken. Ramen en horren werken maar voor de helft. Omdat door de corona onze terugvlucht werd geannuleerd, zijn wij een week bezig geweest om een andere vlucht te boeken, dit is gelukt omdat we zelf constant bezig zijn geweest om te kijken of we ergens meekonden. onze vlucht was vier dagen eerder maar de allerlaatste. De niet gebruikte dagen wenst de eigenaar niet te vergoeden. Op de fotos is het een mooi huisje maar is oud en heel slecht onderhouden. Het enige wat prima was , was de schoonmaakster die is perfect, alleen niet mee te communiceren. Wij komen vaak op Gran Canaria maar daar nooit meer...!!!!

War alles Tipp top. Immer wieder gerne
Waren schöne 16Tage. Das Warme Wasser, ist im Gegensatz zu dem vor Verfasser, völlig ausreichend (2 Erwchsene und 2 Kinder). Das Haus ist schön sauber gewesen. Die Zufahrt ist recht knapp bemessen, aber nach dem 3x hat man sich dann gewöhnt. Die Strom Sicherung springt schnell raus... auch da, wenn nicht alles angestellt wird ist es in Ordnung. Ansonsten waren es schöne Tage .
