The rooms and beds were excellent, the beds very comfortable and rooms very clean. The check out clerk and dining staff were not overly helpful. We were disappointed that the breakfast wasn’t included, the website gave me the impression it was included. Breakfast staff spent more time in the back area than waiting on customers, leading us to get our own water, coffee and napkins. Not a big deal except that they greeted us to believe they were there to serve but then didn’t.

One elevator working, my husband is 66 and had to walk up the stairs with luggage. Breakfast was sparse and very poor quality. No silverware, has to ask for it. Rooms were not super clean and the windows were filthy. I’ve stayed at budget hotels that have had far better breakfast and cleaner rooms with working elevators. Also there was a sporting event, nobody monitored the kids, they were running the halls until 10:30 at night. Very poor stay. Won’t be back.

Eight floors of rooms. Only one elevator working. Slow and most inconvenient. Hotel full with kid’s soccer tournament. Much noise, doors slamming. Staff working very hard and doing their best but completely overwhelmed. Saturday breakfast service a complete disaster. Worst ever! Stay disappointing and far below DoubleTree standards. IMHO a failure of management. Staff did their best.

I really liked the bar and the restaurant on-site. Very,very nice. I liked the shuttle and used it to and from the airport. Driver was great and timing was perfect. Great place and will be back soon.
