The staff are extremely friendly. Erdem in particular went above and beyond to book a tour for us. He ensured we had everything we needed and made us feel very welcome. The property is in a great location and the room was excellent. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Van.

When we arrived a 3 bedroom room we had booked wasn't available, so rhey upgradef is to a junior suite and brought in a bed for our son into the lounge. As a teenager he appreciated the privacy. The staff are all very helpful and friendly, especially Gokhan. Breakfast was excellent. Freshly prepared fruits, cake, cold meats, cheeses, fruit juice, olives and home made chips. It was very warm in the rolm so a fan would have been appreciated, the hotel details on Expedia do say it has air conditioning which it doesn't.

Odanin banyosu cok kucuktu. Banyoda havlu yada elbise askiligi yoktu. Sehir ivinde dar bir sokaktaydi. Ilanda park yeri var diyordu sadece inde 2-3 araclik park yeri vardi. Dusakabin cok kucuktu sabunluk yoktu. Tek olumlu ozelligi calisanlari. Cok yardimci oluyorlardi.

The staff was kind and tried to help, but we could not communicate in English, so we communicated using Google Translator. The bedroom was clean, but the shower room was less cleaned, so it was dirty and the door was not closed well, so it felt a little less maintained. In addition, I used the laundry service, but when I went to pick it up in the morning, the laundry, which was not dried yet, was still in the washing machine, and something funny happened to dry it in the car on the way to the next travel destination. Maybe the police officers who were checking us out thought we were refugees.
