Enjoy your stay at our newly & tastefully furnished condo in Downtown Vancouver. Plenty of amenities just a short walk away such as Skytrain (rapid transit), bars, restaurants, grocery, theatre, etc. Enjoy spectacular mountain views from the 8th-floor balcony or on the 11th floor wrap around rooftop patio.
This new modern building with a spacious layout with a patio that overlooks the downtown skyline along with the beautiful North Shore Mountains. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo - separated by the living room and kitchen - giving privacy to each bedroom. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and utensils you'll need plus we have coffee, a coffee maker, a french press, a blender, etc. The dining table has seating for 4. 55" smart TV w/ basic cable in the living room along with a Sonos wifi speaker. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, 43" smart TV w/ basic cable, and an ensuite bathroom. The secondary bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a 40" smart TV, and a large closet.
With an automated check-in process, you can be in our unit in a breeze. You have exclusive use of the entire condo during your stay. We have free secured parking underground on P2, stall #16. You can also use the rooftop patio on floor 11. If you need to park a visitor vehicle you can request a visitor pass from our property manager Julia through the app or by phone - the maximum stay for a visitor vehicle is 30 hours in a 7-day period.

Downtown Vancouver's historic Chinatown neighborhood is an up-and-coming trendy spot for bars and

I along with my family reached to the property only to find out that my booking was canceled, and some msgs were sent on the VRBO app, that I didn't have, as I did the booking on the laptop. Very painful and frustrating experience I had.

Great Two Night Stay
We enjoyed our stay. Perfect size for 4 adults. Location was not a problem for us. We felt safe and secure in the building, and we had no trouble getting an Uber ride to anywhere we needed to go. Location was perfect for our pre-cruise stay in Vancouver. Roof top patio was very nice and gives a great view of downtown. Portable air conditioner in living area was adequate to keep us comfortable. Condo location is in walking distance of some great restaurants and small convenience stores, so we were all set with what we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay
The apartment was clean, bright, and modern and a perfect stay for my friends and I during Vancouver Pride. Communication and check-in went seamlessly and we especially enjoyed the rooftop patio. We had no issues with the location but we are also quite familiar with the city and the poverty challenges in certain neighbourhoods. It helps to take an Uber or taxi if you are uncomfortable with walking around the Upper Eastside.

Very clean well appointed apt. Close enough to Gastown to walk. The apt is very secure but unfortunately close to a run down Chinatown where there were many drug users lining the streets.

Good experience. We would recommend that you tell people to stay away from Main and Hastings at least on your information package in the condo. It was an eye opening experience but very scary for us and would be traumatizing for young kids. Thank you

Very clean property as described..It did worry us initially checking in and waiting outside with luggage among with some interesting people, thankfully was soon sorted. Very clean. and while not best part of town you can still feel pretty safe. Unit very comfortable and modern and we had a brief but good stay. Can recommend it

Well equipped apartment with great service
It was great for a trip with a teenager, as they had a huge TV in their room that they could escape to after a day of exploring. The apartment was well equipped, clean and cosy, with a lovely view from the balcony. Jason, the property manager, was incredibly responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend this apartment.

Lovely place but poor communication
We really liked this place and location with it’s proximity to downtown. Unfortunately the property manager wasn’t super helpful when the stove wouldn’t work. He texted me back after I sent him a video and said something about contacting a repair man but never said anything further. When I emailed and said it was an inconvenience and cost us extra as we had bought food to cook, there was no offer of any reimbursement for our troubles. This is in contrast to other rentals where we have had issues in the past- it’s either dealt with right away or there is some compensation. Stuff happens but it’s how it’s dealt with that really highlights a good rental to us! Other than that it’s a great place.

The apartment was clean and nicely designed. It had everything we needed for a one night stay. The neighborhood felt less safe as there were many homeless people around the building, some straight up shooting drugs. The sounds of the busy seagulls flying outside woke us up as early as 4 am and never seized until we checked out despite all windows being shut.

Pros: -Very detailed and accurate check-in process -Pictures and description of the condo are incredibly accurate -Off Street parking is super helpful, and makes for easy in and out of the location -Really nice 8th floor views from the outside space To be aware of -It's a vibrant neighborhood, so if you have the windows open at night to moderate the temperature you will hear what's going on Slight negative -The washer/dryer wasn't functioning during our stay and our clothes were caught in the machine (not anyone's fault). But when we communicated the issue, didn't get a lot of communication back from the property manager. That was a bit stressful. BUT, it was a minor issue with an otherwise good stay.

Modern 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of chinatown. The location was as described, but we never felt threatened on our explorations. Easy access to other parts of Vancouver and free parking! We found some great food treasures - Bao Bei, Prospery Dumplings & Juke Chicken. Dont miss Say Hello Sweets for the bast plant based frozen treats ever!

Clean and secure. Not very comfortable furniture or beds.
The building and condo were very clean and secure. Nice underground parking space. The furniture in the unit was uncomfortable and the beds were very low to the ground. Hard to get up from if you have bad knees. They also were way to firm. The area around us was a little sketchy but they did mention that in the listing. Very accessible to downtown.
