I usually love the idea of accent inn, and it was so convenient in the past never a credit card charge or authorization for staying. It was very easy for me and sending staff all the time. Now they starting with a credit authorization going forward in future. I probably will never return here anymore. Rather give a credit authorization at a place where I collect points or tier status.

We were repeated customers. This time the staffs were not very friendly at all. No greetings or good morning. May be when we checked in n checked at their wrong time. Also we asked no smelly room but the room still has some kind of smell which we don’t like. Other than that everything were all okayed
