Overall a great stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our suite was cozy but clean. Parking was self accessible without need for valet which was nice. The location is great and very central, and walkable to a number of eateries. Granville street, however, is rundown and smelly, and best avoided. The week before we arrived, two people were stabbed on the street close to the hotel. The rest of the neighborhood is quite clean and safe. Housekeeping was adequate. One day, a bag of garbage was simply left in the middle of the room, however. Would stay here again.

Hotel location good for walks to various venues. Located in an area with a lot of homeless and drug users. Really takes away from city. The urine smell is difficult. Maybe Yaletown a better location.

When we sit on the fabric sofa, a lot of white fur sticks to our clothes. It's okay to stay with pets, but cleaning is necessary.

The staff was unbelievable. Our baggage got lost by the airline. They went out of their way to help. Not expected, but much appreciated. They could have not been more accommodating. Rooms are great, enjoyed the view. Highly recommended!

The rooms were fine but the location was rather loud and had a sex shop across the road, so not appropriate for more straight laced individuals. Ear plugs were provided but did not help enough :( A few blocks away felt much safer. Staff went above and beyond and accomodated any issues we had.
