This cozy, ground level private 1 bedroom and bath guest suite is 15 min walk to the largest mall in B.C, skytrain transportation and restaurants. It's a unit that is attached to the back of the main house and has its own entrance. It comes with washer/dryer and internet. There are many things do to and see around our area. If you want to do a bit of trail walking, jogging and mini golf, Central Park is only 3 blocks away. If you want to head downtown, its a 15 minute walk to the nearest sky train that takes you straight to china town, downtown and coal harbour where the Alaska cruise port is. If you are driving here, there are plenty of well lit street parking out front. Want groceries? Walmart and Superstore are in the Metrotown mall which is 15 min walk. Casino and some dancing? Only 10 min drive.

Pretty good
Pros: Great location with easy access to many areas of Vancouver. They have just about everything you could need including pans, utensils, coffee, shampoo, etc. Fairly clean and comfortable. Street parking was super easy at all times of the day. Cons: did not feel the most private as we could hear kids frequently (not a problem for some people though). Pretty tight and a bit tough to navigate for someone with mobility issues.

Cons: * Host asked us to stay off the lovely patio outside our unit that was on their property * In the host's defense, the patio is not included in the listing description. * In our defense, the listing does not mention the patio at all and the patio happens to be adjacent to our unit hence our misunderstanding that we may use it; perhaps a note in the listing that the patio is off limits might've made things more clear Pros: * Super clean place * Extremely well equipped with all amenities * Very convenient location * Very good communication from host

Cosy stay near Metrotown Vancouver
This place was perfect for a short stay with easy access to Metrotown Mall and Sky train station that gets you into central Vancouver in 15/20 minutes. It was very clean on arrival with clear and easy to follow instructions for check in - bed was comfortable and kitchen had all we needed for a few days stay. Great value!

Clean!!! 10 mins from Metrotown skytrain station.
Communication was easy with hosts. Property was super clean and even had laundry! 10 min walk to skytrain at metrotown and Metropolis as well as the Crystal Mall (which you have to see).

We had a pleasant stay in this guest suite. As described, it is very compact but is well equipped. We were a little surprised there was not a T.V. however we were able to stream to our ipad using the wifi. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet and centrally located.
