A 3-bedroom 2-bathroom suite in a convenient location in walking distance to nearby markets and shops.
The soundproofing is excellent; with the windows and doors closed, you won't hear too much noise at night.

Lacks Care
This property has turned into a place to spend the night, I received 3 different address to get there. So from Vrbo site it took me somewhere else. If you are a group of guys and want to crash for the evening and leave. Than this works. If you are looking for a house to have dinner, cook breakfast with your family than this isn't for you. The upstairs and than permanent guest downstairs. I don't like that either.

Great location. Some issues
It was located near our friends, a 5 min drive away. They went to look for the property in advance but could not find it, nor could I see it on Google Earth. It was only when we received the host's message on the 11th July that we realised that the house number was not that advertised. When we arrived we had access via the back lane but as there seemed to be others living below we chose to park some way away on the other side of the busy Dunbar Street as suggested by the host. From the next day there were 1 or 2 cars in the driveway with the shutter at the back closed, so no chance to park there. The beds were comfortable and room sizes adequate. One evening we heard a lot of noise from below, loud enough that had we spoken the language we could have understood every word. We lacked privacy, as it felt like they could hear what we were saying. There were also at times electronic noises from downstairs. The apartment was mostly well equipped, but with some deficiencies. The settee was not large enough for 5, so we had to move a couple of dining seats. One of the 2 bar stools was shedding its faux leather surface so we couldn't use this without having to brush off our clothes afterwards. There were just 2 teaspoons and 3 knives, no saucepans or dishes to use in preparation for a meal. The coffee machine had stale grounds left in. A notice that we would be fined a large amount if we did not remove our shoes felt unfriendly: a simple request would have been better.

Not what was advertised
We were incredibly disappointed in this house. There was food in the sink, the microwave was so dirty we didn’t use it, the guest bathroom was filthy around the base of the toilet and the deck table was covered with dirt, to name a few items. In addition there was no doorknob on the bathroom door, we were woken up at midnight with loud noises and talking from downstairs, and there was a very unpleasant smell throughout the house and on some pillows. The master bath had been redone but the outlet didn’t work. That’s just another of too many issues to list. While the lighting was upgraded overall we found many reasons to stay away from this house. Not the cozy experience that we anticipated from the pictures. Would not recommend!

No quite as expected
This rental was merely a place to sleep, lacking in other essential aspects. The internet instructions were incorrect, and other directions proved misleading. Cleanliness left much to be desired, as there was an unpleasant odor throughout. Despite being told we could park in the backyard, there were no clear instructions on how to access it or open the back gate. Additionally, the absence of TVs further diminished the experience. Overall, a subpar stay that fell short of expectations.
