Mostly good.
Except for one guy, Jason, I believe, older, beard,..rude, condescending and cold..faked concern. Everyone else was great, loving and friendly. 5 stars for the rest of the staff. The couch bed was terrible, rusted and squeaky. Couldnt sleep on it. My daughter left a day early because she couldnt use the bed. I still haven't recieved my deposit back. Not worth contacting the rude guy for it. He was that awful! Because of him, we won't be back. He really ruined an already stressful situation, dealing with hospital....our loved one fighting for life. He made even walking by him at the front desk, uncomfortable. Breakfast was great. Grounds clean. Rooms clean. Hot tub and pool were great. If you can avoid the rude night clerk, the place is a nice place.

Housekeeper we're the best !!! Needed our son's basketball stuff washed and dried and the housekeeper offered to dry and watch. I didn't get to leave a tip and kick myself for that. I thought the hubby did he thought I did. The front staff was amazing too helpful and friendly. It's not the prettiest motel but it's affordable comfortable and has such good staff !!!

Horrible! Dirty, unsafe, filthy, pool closed, parking lot filled with people living in their cars. Upon arriving in parking lot felt very unsafe, went in and it was worse. Asked for refund due to not what we thought, never happened. Ended up losing out on 2 nights i paid for so qe could stay somewhere safe.

Overall I would stay there again, it is close to the Mall and easy access to other areas of interest. I wouldn't leave anything in your car that would temp someone to break in. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the shower/tub was nice. My one complaint is that my wife and I use CPAP (medical equipment) machines and there was no convenient power available at the bedsides. The lamp on the night stand on each side had 3 USB charging outlets but NO 120V power plugs. We had to pull the bed away from the wall to access power plugs. The down side to that was not enough plugs to keep the lights or the nice clock/alarm powered. The lamp choices were not thought out fully, both lamps should have both USB and at least one 110/120V AC power plug for such purposes.

Decent hotel with easy access to many places.
It was a decent hotel room. Nothing special except I did like how large it was. We had a room with a king bed and a couch. Oh it also had whirlpool tub, but I did not use it. We did not stay for breakfast the next morning. I needed a big, hot breakfast as I was flying later and would miss dinner. It didn’t look all that amazing either.
