We are pleased in services Clean bed Nice atmosphere Kitchen and kitchen that access just in front of the room living room and entertainment room was just in front of our booked room they upgraded us and we are happy to book it again

First of all thank you Expedia team to provide and list this property it was amazing for our stays super easy to find parking they had 23 parking in front of the property almost each listing had one parking area for free however we decided to park on VIP section that was $25 per day we had a pet and the paid extra fee for the pad and we got a special room for us and paid for Super comfortable property was killing and the Host was super nice they call them we tend their working hours that was after 2:00 p.m. and the ask about late check-in and they told us property accept until midnight we follow the regulation and be found everything perfect

We did not know that there’s a Palace switch off this beautiful one in the city. We are glad Taxi Driver took us here to stay and book a room. Currently we are willing to extend two more days our kids and my father-in-law mother-in-law really loved the room the upgraded and got the family suite with multiple beds to be together thank you so much for hospitality and services.

We love this property because it is quiet, smaller than the big hotel that many people are coming, but he had asked Min He hotel and the Royal Palace with the greatest stuff at church. Very clean very friendly and thank you so much for hosting us. We definitely come back again.

Location was superb among classy family oriented area in city of Surrey about 20 min from. Airport Walkable to major markets only like 5 minutes walk Beside the property that is supposed to stop that really help us because it doesn't have car. The management team was very respected people and polite the room that was assigned to us was exactly the one that we booked and everything was super nice killing decorated well and we had access to very beautiful kitchen and living room just in front of the room that was a bonus fast free Wi-Fi and parking was also given to us we had no issue about cooling or heating system AC run very well and definitely it was any dollar we spent and we will come back again we thank you the whole of this Empress Palace management

We were guest in this Palace earlier last year but this time but this time we saw super great changes such as gardens and play area We love them more now with the new management. We really fell in love with this Nilla Egyptian suite and calmness of vibes Great AC Staff were polite and really bravo Thanks You have done extra miles. Great things for us. Room was a spacious super clean towel. Smell fresh had no issue but a quiet area. I’m very happygood price.
