Got a great deal through Expedia means getting room attached to elevator apparently. Not sure what the staff were thinking when they started moving stuff in and out of the elevator at 5:30 in the morning, they were very friendly when I popped my head out the door to ask why now? Oh well, who wants to sleep in while on vacation?

It was overall a great place to stay. I didn’t realize they charge for parking and that was unexpected since they have quite a big lot to park. Was a little far from where we wanted to be, but overall just to sleep in the night and sightsee during most of the day the place was more than adequate. Clean room and had all the Amenities we wanted.

Waited for 30 minutes for check in, no apologies or explanation. The button in the elevator didn’t work for our floor, so after waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes had to take the stairs. Rooms are dated, scratches, marks and chips on every wall in our room. Our floor reeked of weed when we came up the stairs. Overall a very gross hotel, stay somewhere else.

Second time I’ve stayed at the hotel and both times were a very positive experience. The rooms are well appointed very clean. Staff are friendly helpful in particular. I’d like to give a shout out for Alex behind the front desk. She was just great on both occasions she’s sincere and genuine and just a pleasure. When I’ve had slight problems she has responded with a genuine willingness to sort them out and indeed they have been thank you Alex!

Room was dirty, bathroom full of black mold, visible breaker panels in the wall. Old paint cracks, smelled terrible. Looked nothing like the pictures. We literally left the hotel despite the fact that we had paid for it since it felt unsafe and not hygienic at all.

Overall the property was nice. The room we had could use some updating. The area was good, walkable to mall and train station. The breakfast buffet was small bt the food was good. Upon check in, Johnathan helped us. He was very nice and cordial, until he found out i was paying with a debit card. Apparently, this hotel i a "credit card" only hotel, i did not know this. He warned that "only this time" will i be able to use my debit card. His attitude was still cordial, but his demeanor had changed. We had a problem with our concert tickets and needed to stay another night. Im thankful Johnathon wasnt there to help us. We spoke to Ragtiav (spelling?) Who was so helpful. He looked at my card and said since it had the visa logo it would be used as a credit card. He was so nice and helpful, he even helped us with the train map to get us to the concert venue.
