The room they first assigned to me was not my liking as it was right next to the elevator and smelled of cigarette smoking. I asked the front desk lady (Alex) for a room change and they changed me to a better room. I appreciate the help and accommodation of the front staff. This hotel is quite dated and appears a bit dirty in just a few places in the room. The parking is very convenient but does cost a little extra.

Very accommodating staff. Went out of their way to help us in an unplanned trip situation. Great restaurant atmosphere and food was good. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for helping relieve some stress from a trip that went awry.

Upon checking out the older man never asked how the stay went, never said thank you! Breakfast took forever to be served! Coffee tasted like water! Room was next to elevator! The noise at midnight, 2am and early morning chatters was awful. Young drunk people yelling!
