Great location, short walk to the skytrain for easy access downtown whilst staying in a place with lighter traffic and easy, ample and cheap uncovered parking. Staff were very friendly and there’s an upscale appearance to the property in most areas. My only complaint is that I stayed in a suite designed to sleep 4, had cup/cutlery for 4, tons of extra tissues/TP ect but they only give you one tiny conditioner/shampoo for the whole room

Location was perfect. We enjoyed an event downtown and were able to take the skytrain there and back easily. We enjoyed dinner at cactus club next door. We came early and were able to check in early, and were upgraded to a better room! We hope to stay again in the future!

The difference from the website and in person were unreal. It looked like they went to reno, and ran out of money. All the walls were stained and dirty, there was still tape and mud unfinished on the ceiling. They used the cheapest laminate flooring, which had up to 1/4" gaps between the boards, you can see the subfloor. There was no art in the bedroom, which would of been ok if the walls were in such poor shape. All the coffee cups smelled like old coffee, and there was only one glass to drink from. The jacuzzi tub had the safety handle broken off, which had gobs of caulking filling the holes. I have been in hostels nicer than this room(428). The worst was the balcony, they have zero privacy, and in the evening the balcony has a light so bright (possibly halogen) its like someone has their high beams on the window ALL NIGHT. We were informed that they are on sensors and are on all night. It was actually less light leakage during the day. This is a poor example of an executive Inn.

The staff were nice but the hotel is old. The TV in the sitting area did not work, either did any of the outlets The bathroom was outdated as is the decor. Lots of paint scuffs, holes in the walls and patch jobs in the ceiling and walls. The rooms literally had the old glass walls on the exterior wall into the hallway. 1960 called and wants it’s hotel back! I would not stay here again.
