Welcome to my home! I hope you will fully enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place! Shopping stores, coffee shops, restaurants pubs and clubs are step away! Easy access to the public transportation, Sky train station 5 min walk from us. Secure underground parking is included as well as the gym. Yaletown which is famous with the largest selection of trendy patios and award-winning boutiques and the Historic Gastown are 5 min drive from my place!

Great stay in Vancouver
Very nice condo in a great location. East check in with clear instructions provided. The condo was modern, spacious, and very clean. Really appreciated the additional half bath up in the loft bedroom. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we had everything we needed with the exception of plates and wine glasses (only 3 of each were provided, and it would have been nice to have 4). There was some street noise from below at night, but turning the fan on in the bedroom covered that so it was not a problem for us. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.

lovely apartment in the central area
Perfect location in the central Vancouver, - we received instructions in advance on how to get in, so were happy with that, although the code did not work, the response via whatsapp was instant and we got in successfully. The flat is very clean, well equipped, had lots of coffee provided (we really appreciated this) and even more - had shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom as well (nice gesture, and I am sure really appreciated by most people), would recommend in a heartbeat.

Wonderful penthouse property!
This property felt very metroplitan: modern furnishings, penthouse with city/mountain views right in the middle of city life. Enjoyed the stay. The property manager was helpful and responsive. Loved the stay.

Birds eye of New years eve at its finest
My daughter and I came to visit so we could go to the new years symphony. We stayed at the perfect spot surrounded with resturants and entertainment all around us. New years eve the people on the streets gifted us with what felt like our very own firework show. The host was able to get back to me promptly anytime I reached out to them. The place was beautiful and welcoming. 10 out of 10 would recommend

Wonderful Suite!
This is my new favourite suite in Vancouver... top floor of a very well secured building, extremely walkable area, amazing view and the most comfortable bed ... communication was excellent with Ben and his team. Already looking to book again in the New Year!

Property was fantastic, clean and cute. Not sure how TV works, internet fairly slow, instructions for heat / a/c would be nice. The communication seemed good initially.. As the owner was sending automated emails and not receiving my communications through Expedia on several attempts trying to inform I needed direct communication through email as the VRBO to Expedia doesn't work at all.. Panic was at all time high upon arrival and still no communication to my email.. Please address or figure out a way to properly communicate.

Great location! Able to walk to wherever we needed which was so convenient. Was skeptical when reading previous reviews about there being ongoing construction, which is now clearly over as we didn’t hear a thing. The check in process was a bit odd as we had a bunch of separate emails reminding us of the stay and the check in process, saying that we needed an access code for the keys/fob which we didn’t receive via email. We called Julia (property manager) and she was able to sort that out for us quickly. Would recommend calling the property manager beforehand to confirm the code (if you are a planner like me and want to know all of the details beforehand). Overall, great stay and would look at rebooking for next time.

Great Vancouver condo
Central downtown location with safe and secure underground parking. Check in was a breeze. The condo is warm as they have no central air, but there are 2 floor a/c units. This does help, but does let some street noise in (which did not bother us as we were aware there would be due to the location). The upper loft bed area can get warm, so be mindful of that. There is a fan, but it doesn’t blow much air (Dyson). Space doesn’t have much for dishes and kitchen things, but I had no intention of cooking so that didn’t matter to me. Everyone in the building is so kind and polite! Starbucks across the street is super handy. You can walk to all the things from here if you wanted. It’s in a restaurant/club/party zone for sure, so the street noise on Sat and Sun is there until the early hours of the morning. Constant sirens. Again, this did not bother us as we knew fully well where this condo is located. We had the a/c units going and a noise machine. It’s fun and hip and trendy and we would stay again. The view was fantastic. The bed was so comfy. Highly recommend.

Not what we expected
This is a difficult review for me to write, but I am hoping it will benefit future travelers considering this property. Here's a list of some issues we faced: 1) The arrival process... Arrival instructions turned out to be totally incorrect. We were told we'd receive an access code on check-in day for a lock box located at a 7-11 around the corner. When we didn't receive the code by an hour prior to our arrival, I contacted the property manager and was told the lock box wasn't working and somebody would meet us at the apartment. Turns out they opted to leave the apt open and left the keys in the kitchen for us without even telling us (seriously, no keypad lock?). Very poor communication! 2) When we finally go into the apt. it was like an oven...over 30 celsius (86 F). If the property manager had taken the time to drop off the keys, couldn't they have turned on the portable AC unit and/or opened a window? It took 2 days (out of our 4-day stay) to get the unit down to 24 C (75F). 3) When we contacted the property manager regarding the heat situation and informed them that it was even hotter up in the bed loft area we were told to sleep on the pull-out sofa. At close to $500 (CAD)/night, I didn't plan on sleeping on an uncomfortable pull-out sofa! 4) Noise! Construction in and around the building that's not stopping any time soon & lots of noisy night life in the area . Bring earplugs if you hope to sleep. 5) Convenient location but a sketchy building.

Perfect Getaway
We had a nice stay in this downtown penthouse suite. It was very nice and clean, kitchen well stocked, comfortable bed, and the view was amazing! Our host was very nice, she was quick to respond to our questions and made sure we had what we needed. FYI: the sun rises around 5:30am in the summer, so you will get early sunlight coming in. There was some construction going on in a building below us, but it wasn't distracting or too noisy. The location is great if you don't mind the city night life noise. We took a sound machine so it didnt bother us at all. Everything is pretty much walking distance, but you may want to take an Uber if going to Stanley Park, Cruise Harbor, or Queen Elizabeth's Garden. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the suite, it was perfect for us, and we loved exploring Vancouver.

This is a tough one to review. The location was quite convenient, but not at all conducive to a peaceful stay. Ear plugs are a necessity (to the extent that the host should honestly keep them supplied). Communication for check-in could have been better. There were instructions for a key drop of at a nearby business, but those instructions never came through. We were able to access the property via a neighbor's help - it was just a bit confusing and left me feeling less prepared. The unit itself is nice and comfortable with great views, but the noise was terrible. We stayed midweek and were met w/ a steady stream of sirens (quiet loud even on the 13th floor) as well as loud construction noises from work being done on the roof (directly above the bed) starting at 7:30am. If I lived here, I would lose my mind. I feel for the owner, but pawning off these construction pains on unsuspecting travelers feels quite misleading especially at this price.

Close to everything. Secure building, quiet occupants, nice place but weekend street noise is intense as the expansive view windows face the major nightlife street downtown. Recommend earplugs for your stay. Or join the party.

Construction
This place was beautiful and in a great location with an incredible view. Very comfortable bed and furniture. Nice finishes and decor. I believe it’s a new listing and could use a few extra things to make for a more comfortable and convenient stay. There was no bath mat, laundry hamper, and the closets were pretty full so there was nowhere to tuck bags out of sight or unpack. The unit could use a few more dishes and kitchen essentials. We did have a few issues. The dryer was malfunctioning during our stay, so it burnt holes in some of our clothes, and took almost 3 hours to dry a small load so we ended up hanging our clothes around the apartment to dry as not to leave the dryer running when we left since it was a clear fire hazard. Icing on the cake was the construction. There was jackhammering directly above the bed happening for 3 days of our stay, sun up to sundown. We were not made aware this was happening and would’ve booked elsewhere as it was incredibly disruptive. The unit is in the top floor so you hear everything that happens on the roof and according to the construction workers in the elevator - they have been doing roof work for a while and it’s expected to continue throughout the next month. This was also a bummer because the advertised rooftop patio was closed. The host was responsive enough, but didn’t actually help or do anything or offer any solutions when we brought him these issues. Would opt for a different spot next time.

Great location in downtown Vancouver
Very accurate in description and pictures. The location could not have been better for people who like to walk and tour all that Vancouver has to offer. A 40 minute walk to the middle of Stanley Park and only 30 minutes walk to Granville Island. 2 streets over from some great restaurants near the Yaletown district along with plenty of little grocery markets to pick up the necessities for cooking breakfast witu the gas range. Only reason I rated this as 4 instead of 5 star was the noise level in the area/condo. a part of the window is left fully open due to a window air conditioner for the summer but allows for all noise to come in when the air conditioner is not installed. This unfortunately allowed for a lot of sirens and music to be heard throughout the night and made it difficult to relax. After discussion with the owner, the informed us it will be resolved for the future but just something to keep in mind as it was quite disruptive during the night. Overall I would highly recommend this condo for people who like to be out and about on their feet to take in all that downtown Vancouver and the surrounding area have to offer!
