Phenomenal customer service!! We celebrated a birthday and the staff went out of there way to make it special for us ... a drink upon arrival, sweet treat and birthday wishes from the manager. On our way out, we expressed how we loved the bubbly we drank upon arrival. The manager graciously gifted us with a bottle to take home. We will definitely be staying here again. They made you feel like royalty!

Overall, awesome place and stay. Staff was great. Front desk people are incredible. Breakfast fantastic. JBL system in room - USB ports didn’t work, nor did charging pad Coffee maker only worked if you held the button down continuously.

The service from the front desk staff, especially from Scott, was exceptional. Wonderful intimate boutique hotel close to the waterfront. This was my third time staying at Opus and it won't be the last!

This hotel was luxurious from the moment we walked in and were engulfed in the warmth and signature scent! The staff was all incredible, the restaurant was top notch, and the room was gorgeous, spacious and comfortable!

Convenient Transporation Location

Conveniently located across of the train, which made it easy to get our day started exploring. Breakfast was included but beware of the additional surcharges, you will end up paying out of pocket for your breakfast but it's good quantity food in a nice on site restaurant. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
