Wonderful Townhouse & Great Location to Explore Vancouver
This spacious townhouse was perfect for our group of 6 to explore Vancouver. It was clean, fully equipped, stylish design and perfect floor plan. For a group of 6, there was plenty of space to eat together and relax, as well as have our own space when needed. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, great for morning walks. The location was great too, food and drink options close by including a grocery and package stores, and the Crystal Mall. Getting to Downtown, Stanley Park and Lynn Park we easy and quick. Checkin was simple, the email instructions and a call from the Property Manager were clear and concise. We would definitely stay here again!

Vancouver duplex
We found the property easily, but had a bit of confusion when we arrived with the address and which door to open. The house has 2 addresses but they didn’t correspond to the door/side we used. Vinces’ arrival instructions told us ‘the door on the right’ and the code, but that was not the address on the curb. So some confusion initially. The home is beautiful: 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and a 1/2 bath downstairs. The photo’s did show stairs, but a more detailed description letting people know that all the bedrooms are upstairs would have been helpful. As this was a brand new home/listing, I understand that it hasn’t had time to ‘accumulate’ all the things that many rentals contain. Like a pizza pan and cutter, spare glasses and dishes, family games or puzzles and a few blankets or throws. The folding futon did not have a pillow, and the beds only had 3 pillows, which many people use 2 per person. I think maybe a binder with some instructions on how to operate the showers(wonderful with rain shower & side jets) but confusing on how to use. Also, coming from the USA, we needed a bit more guidance on how to sort all of our trash. We recycle, but not to the extent Vancouver does. Everything worked great, and there is wonderful lighting and AC. The neighborhood is charming for walking, street parking right in front of home, Stores, restaurants and a Tim Hortons are less than a mile away. Overall, I highly recommend this condo and Vince as a host.

Loved staying in this new home. It was very comfy for our family of five. Everyone was thrilled with the 3 full bathrooms upstairs. Made getting ready in the morning so easy as everyone had their own space. The showers were great. The closets were spacious. One small comment…I wish there was a night stand on both sides of the beds. Overall, one of the better places we’ve stayed.

Overral the stay feels like staying in new home. The owner just listed and is still finishing set up such as TV and amenities. However this would not subtract from the feel of the new home. I gave suggestions to the owner to improve, but would stay again if possible next time. Great for families with kids.

we appreciate the bathroom for each room but we like the hand towel instead the face towel. we have the problem with door code and we try contact the host and we never get call back from him. the host request remove our shoes but the carpet in the entry to small.we missing ustensiles we are 4 peoples and we have 1 spoon and 1 fork
