A Great Stay
It is not a fancy hotel but the service was excellent and it was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at. Very attentive housekeeping. Comfortable room and a great location.

The good - generously sized rooms, clean, perfectly located for easy access to Stanley Park. The bad- AC is horrible will only work for about six or eight hours at a time. Sign in room says unplug when you leave, so it can never gets caught up. Woke up in middle of night to over heated room. Lights come on a minute or two after switching on(if you’re lucky) cable tv not reliable ( did not work most of one night and then again the next morning) and front desk seems to think it’s no big deal. Went through three sets of keys and two rooms trying to get into our room as locks or key programmer at front desk doesn’t work right. This could have been a great place if owners would invest in modern AC, a better cable system, and an electrician (power to tv shut off on its own when we did have cable) to deal with the unpredictable lighting in their units. Honestly was worried that there might be a hazard in the wiring waiting to spark or worse. Asked for a discount because tvs didn’t work but they said no. Not impressed with that. Finally, not cheap given the issues but acceptable as it was clean and at least appeared outwardly to be in decent shape. Manage your expectations with this one and stay if it meets your priorities only.

Super cheap for North Van. Needed to stay over night and had to grab the ferry early the next morning. Lots of great restaurants in the area and the breakfast place on sight was great. Not a luxury place but clean and priced right.

Booked our room through hotelscom. Arrived late and the night worker was rude. He said we had no reservation. Hotels.com called him to clear things up. He was very rude to them too. So we went elsewhere. But I cannot get over how rude this man was! He does not like his job!
