When I went to check out, I learned that room service had been wrongfully charged to my room. The clerk remained calm and professional throughout the entire ordeal. Ill admit, i was upset but it was figured out before i left. I will be returning again because that service was immaculate.

Great property would certainly stay there again
We loved our stay. It's a gorgeous property and location is great. Only gripe is it's a bit light on dresser space so we had to get creative and use some shelves which clearly hadn't been dusted for a long time. But would still highly recommend the property. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and service was great. Rooms and property have very nice finishes and amenities.

Lovely boutique hotel in a convenient location. Very modern decor. Staff were excellent from check in to room attendants. Five stars for friendliness and attentiveness. Noise from 6th floor nightclub will be a problem if you are a light sleeper. We were on the 15th floor and it was thumping! Looked like a lot of fun though. Too bad we are too old to party that hard. Beautiful hotel- staff was amazing and accommodating. Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. Plush linens and great rainfall shower!
