Great Relaxation!
Late night booking. Hotel had our room for five setup within the hour. Great staff attitude and presentation. Facilities and grounds provided a great relaxing experience! We will be return guests!

Very nice hotel slightly old fashioned but very pleasant. Great spa facilities and polite friendly staff. Standard rooms are very large which is always a plus. Lovely bathroom and separate wc.

Erst kurz vor Ankunft die Mail des Gastgebers gelesen, dass fĆ¼r die Nutzung des Wellness-Bereichs quasi unabhƤngig von der Verweildauer 15 Euro pro Person berechnet werden. Blƶd, wenn man nicht mehr stornieren kann! Der Wellnessbereich ist dabei auch eher enttƤuschend und wie eine Zeitreise in die 80er. Kein Schreibtisch im Zimmer, auch leider nicht vernĆ¼nftig abzudunkeln. Zimmer groƟ und sauber, aber etwas in die Jahre bekommen. FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck gut, Personal freundlich.

Die Ausstattung (Balance-DZ) ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. GrundsƤtzlich schien das Zimmer sauber allerdings lagen Kronkorken unter dem Sessel... Die Kosmetikbehandlung war fĆ¼rchterlich (wurde nach Beschwerde auch nicht berechnet), Massage und SPA-Bereich sehr gut. Man sollte bei Abreise nichts im Zimmer vergessen, die Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit des Rezeptionspersonals am Telefon hƤlt sich in sehr engen Grenzen. Nur ein persƶnliches Erscheinen (extra hinfahren!) hat am Ende geholfen - sehr schade. Das war bei weitem nicht der erste Wellnessaufenthalt in diesem Hotel - wahrscheinlich aber der letzte.

Das Personal ist absolut top,da kann man nicht meckern. Was uns aber den Urlaub etwas vermiest hat ist,das von Seiten Hotel.com falsche Zimmerangaben gemacht werden die dann im Hotel nicht erfĆ¼llt werden. Zum Beispiel beom Komfort Zimm gibt es eine Minibat mit einigen kostenlosen Leckerein. So etwas gab es nie im Hotel. Unser Zimm ist in die Jahre gekommen .Zum Beispiel war der Waschtisch aus Holz und es fehlte schon zum Teil das Funier oder das Holz war aufgequolllen. Die Sauberkeit kƶnnte besser sein.Benutze TaschentĆ¼cher untern Bett,Staubweben an der Decke,Haar an den Wenden im Bad und in der Schublade im Nachttisch lagen noch die Tabletten vom VorgƤnger. Wir haten nur zwei Ɯberraschungen und das Wellness.angebot hat Pauschal 15 Euro fĆ¼r bis zu 5 Tagen gekostet. Do leider war an dem Tag wo wir es ausgiebig nutzen wollten 3 Stunden frĆ¼her schluss und so konnten wir es nicht wirklich nutzen. Das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck und der Servive sind wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten mit dem anderen vielleicht nur Pech aber das ist das was einen in Erinnerung bleibt.

Wir hatten einen schƶnen Aufenthalt in Varel. Sehr gut war, dass der Saunabereich auch am Abreisetag noch genutzt werden konnte. Leider war allerdings der zweite, neuere Saunabereich am Sonntag geschlossen. DafĆ¼r war die Hotelbar am Samstagabend gut besucht und es herrschte eine super Stimmung
