The villa Gioconda, which is situated in Varenna, overlooks the nearby lake. The 200 m² villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony and a barbecue. Via a ladder you have direct access to the lake for an undisturbed dip and swim. You can relax on the deck chairs looking at the palm garden. There is a lovely veranda with a dining table as well as a room for romantic candlelight dinners.

Amazing Villa with Magical Vistas
Such a lovely Villa and a helpful property manager. If you're looking for a unique experience and a beautiful get away then this is your place! Amazing view of Bellagio just across the water on Lago Como. Downtown Varenna is just a short 10 minute drive from the Villa but it feels remote and with the Villa being right on the waterfront, the sounds of the water lapping on the rocks below can lull you to sleep at night. I would recommend this property to anyone who has a small to medium sized group that is seeking some much-needed solitude from what can be a busy tourist haven during the height of holiday season.
