The room was very noisy and had staff offices outside of the door, there was constant noise as the office doors were open from early morning, shouting, laughing, slamming of doors, very little consideration to the fact there was a guest bedroom that was occupied next to their office's. I felt like it was not a private space or private room as there was constant movement outside of my door

The cleaner left a vacuum wire across the hallway with no signage to prevent a fall. I fell over the wire and hurt my arm and knee. I reported this to Front Desk and had no response whatsoever. Very disappointing.

Location is excellent, situated just off the busy capitole square and within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and historic attractions. The property itself is very dated but clean and comfortable. Reasonable value for money if you are only there for a couple of nights.
