Farmhouse two floors at 300m. from the beach in El Palmar area of Mangueta

Cozy one bedroom house located on a plot of 300m. and after being two years rented continuously we return with bathroom and terrace recently renovated. It has a small kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and all the details, living room and on the upper floor, which is accessed by a spiral staircase, is the double bedroom. The outdoor terrace is glazed with windows to enjoy both winter and summer. Renovated in typical Andalusian style with wood beams and hydraulic floor, they will feel like they were once with all the luxury and comfort of the 21st century. The double bed is located under a window adapted in the ceiling through which you can see the starry sky of the Palmareñas nights while slowly sleeping while listening to the roar of the sea. When the roosters and the breaking of the morning waves wake them up, they will be able to see from their glazed headboard the coast and the dazzling shine that characterizes the Costa de la Luz. It has another table with chairs next to the pond where breakfast is enjoyed in the best location of the land, which is the best time of day to enjoy it. Between the terrace and the bed is the pond with fish and frogs in which the sound of the water will make you relax completely and complete the desired relaxation cycle on your vacation.


El Palmar: El Palmar is a small town where less than 1000 inhabitants live in the off season and where the quality of the beach stands out, without massive constructions and where the sounds of the sea and animals provide the perfect relaxation you are looking for when one is precisely on vacation. Among the most prominent are 'Francisco' where they offer exquisite paellas or 'Casa Juan', traditional lifelong where quality-price is their purpose. There are also two Italian pizzerias and a brewery where you can have seafood with a good, cool beer on the waterfront. Newly opened E'Al-Zocaire 'to taste fresh and selected tapas on an unbeatable terrace. For the liveliest is the Cortijo 'El Cartero' where they provide concerts on some designated days and drinks on the beach line or an endless supply of beach bars and pubs.

Routes: In La Breña there is a pine forest where there are hiking trails and the well-known Trafalgar lighthouse, worth knowing and admiring the incredible views that can be seen from its small hill.

Amazing stay - beautiful location!
What an amazing stay in El Palmar! The house is in an incredible location and perfect for a couples getaway - so lovely and quiet but only 200m from the beach. Jesús is a fantastic host - one of the best! Incredibly knowledgable of the area - have us some fantastic tips and was always so willing to help make our trip as special as it was! We’ll be back for sure - thanks again Jesús for everything! Nick and Tor.

Ein Traumhafter Strandurlaub geht zu Ende.
Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Das Gebäude wurde mit sehr viel Liebe erbaut. Die Strandbars sind einzigartig. Man kann sehr gut essen und vor allem Frühstücken mit Meerblick. Diese Jahreszeit ist perfekt für Server und Menschen die ihre Ruhe wollen.

Tolles Haus in toller Umgebung und exzellente Betreuung durch Jesús
Jesús hat sich frühzeitig mit uns in Verbindung gesetzt und war immer ansprechbar, war sofort zur Stelle bei Bedarf ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wirklich rundum perfekte freundliche Betreuung. Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und hatte eine tolle Lage. Sehr zu empfehlen.
