This Villa has a private pool, barbecue facilities, air condition, free Wi-Fi and free private parking. The outdoor furniture is perfect for relaxing moments with the family or friends. Few steps down on the beach there is a private jetty, which is ideal for the guests arriving with their own boat. Nature is strongly in charge, with only a few houses in the vicinity. The Villa exudes style and features 4 stylish and modern furnished apartments (two 2 Bedroom and two 1 Bedroom apartments). You have an option to rent 2 or all 4 apartments (with additional payment). Gravel road, 500 m long leads to the Villa from the public road.
The villa also has a private heated pool of 24 m2 surrounded by sun loungers that create a real oasis for relaxation where guests are guaranteed to fully recharge their batteries. Next to the pool there is a covered terrace with a summer kitchen and barbecue and an outdoor dining area. Villa offers its guests 4 private parking spaces. Best of all, Villa Cabo Verde is located at the beach front and has a boat mooring.
