It features a huge terrace with panoramic views of both the sea to the south and the mountains to the north, all within 50 meters from the sea! Amenities such as a washing machine, bedding, (beach) towels, and free WIFI and IPTV are included.
Due to its central location, a car is not essential. Various restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets are within walking distance.
Via the elevator, you arrive directly in the penthouse, where the living room (with air conditioning) is equipped with a two-seater sofa and a television with international channels (IPTV). There is also a dining area with four chairs. From here, a sliding door leads to the terrace.
The well-equipped, semi-open kitchen has the necessary amenities, including a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker (Dolce Gusto), kettle, ceramic hob, and all cooking essentials.
Bedroom 1 (with air conditioning) has a double bed, ample closet space, and access to the terrace through a sliding door. Additionally, it has its own bathroom.
