About 8 days prior to arrival the resort contacted me to say they had no air conditioning which we had requested, I requested fans be provided and they suggested we upgrade the property. I’m so glad we did not give this company an more money (already spent over £700 for 4 days) The accommodation was very poor. 1. The toilet was broken on arrival in the venue 2. The shower drainage did not work 3. The outside of the property was unkept no view. 4. The venue said they had 4 restaurants- they had none 5. There was no hot tub, no bar, no WiFi all promised but not delivered. 6. The TV was not tuned in so we had no access to TV. When you think of staying in a Wine Resort you hope for some outdoor space looking at vines. The advert for this resort is completely incorrect. It was so poor we left a day early. If I could have given it no stars I would have.
