This place was so cute and very conveniently located right near the grand canal, bus stop, restaurants, and St. Markā€™s Basilica. It was very easy to find, close enough to walk to everything, and had everything we needed. The bed was pretty uncomfortable, and the room is small, but was fine for us for 2 nights. Check-in was confusing and weird, as there is nobody there when you arrive. We got there in the pouring rain and rang and rang the doorbell but nobody came, so we had to wait for a guest to walk out so we could come inside. Once inside, the keys are just sitting on the desk in an envelope with your name on them, and there is nobody there. The following day there was a ā€œreceptionistā€ on Zoom at a computer on the front desk, which was odd. There are also different signs and notices everywhere on the front desk, which provided information on paying the city tax and checking out, which felt pretty confusing. Overall it was a nice stay and very good location, but the receptionist situation, and process for checking in and out, was not the best experience.

Location was great, close to vaporetto stop (Rialto), close to san Marco. Room was as expected in terms of size, etc. No phone in room, so no way to get wakeup calls which would be nice to have. A safe in the room would be nice to have. Service was good, when we contacted them, the response (through virtual terminal) was good.

Nice and very large room. Great view in an excellent central location. Some noise but overall nothing I wouldnā€™t have expected in Venice and with the windows and drapes it was mostly well blocked out. Live video host for check in and anything we needed was a first for me but worked excellently. Felt like a special place for us in Venice.

Great location and great service! The only downside in my opinion is that the shower door was almost too small to fit thru, for a fuller figured gentleman, and the A/C is extremely regulated. No reason why I should sweat after getting out of a cold shower, but it did. I wouldā€™ve paid extra to have the unit unregulated and ice cold, just saying. Overall, itā€™s a great hotel!

The stay was amazing. The location was easy access to many attractions and restaurants. Super easy to get to the Rialto for catch the water bus to airport. Only one bridge to cross with luggage. Win!
