The location of the hotel is walking distance to the train and bus station going to Venecia Santa Lucia. Be prepared to wear comfortable shoes.

The hotel was an average hotel, very clean and all amenities were in good condition. The TV in the room was a nice tv but all not flexible at all! All channels were in italian and CNN, all other non italian channels were all in German! So if you are francophone or english speaking, you will be surprised. I mentioned 3 times to the reception but the service levels are not there yet.

Good location, 10 min walk from main station to Venice and close to bus transfer station. Also close to nearest Spar (supermarket). Did not hear the train at all, room was nice but there was strange smell in the lobby.

Nice and close to the train, not many extras no shampoo/conditioner but there was hand and body soap, bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and a good variety! Would stay again

This was a well located property in mainland Venice. A quick 10-15 minute train or bus ride to classic Venice. The walk to the bus or train station is about 5-7 minutes. Tourists stay on the mainland because it’s got bigger rooms at a much lower price and are more modern for this price range (not talking about the luxury hotels in classic Venice). The hotel was large, clean, felt safe, and very convenient location. My only note was a blind shutter pulley fell down and nearly missed my head when I pulled in it. Hotel fixed it right away. I did not opt for the breakfast which I think was 11 euros. Elevators worked well and bathroom was larger than in other parts of Italy. Recommend.

Overall happy with our stay. The property is within close proximity to the train station and bus hub. It only takes a couple of minutes to hop on a bus and head to Venice. The hotel was quiet, clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Our room was good, but the bedside lights did not function properly. As a result, we had to rely on the main light in the room when it wasn’t day time.
