Clean, quiet, safe, and comfortable, nice beds, great shower. Very convenient to the island and the airport. The bus stop to Venice is right around the corner just a few minutes walk. Only 10 min ride to piazzale Roma. The hotels offers an airport shuttle service, it's quick, reliable, and reasonably priced. They sell bus tickets to Venice (but only one way) at the front desk. The only negative for us was that they will not sell coffee in the morning, you must pay for a full breakfast if you want a real coffee. There is only instant coffee available in your room. I'm not sure where the nearest cafe can be found.

Great location and view (can see Venice from roof top gallery and from some of the higher floor rooms). Lots of parking if you’re staying there with a car. Carpets need replacing in hallways and some repairs needed around the windows in the room we stayed in.

The hotel itself was good overall. Breakfast was very adequate and delicious. AC was more than enough to keep guest rooms cool in the summer. Requested an iron so i could iron my linen pants and shirts. Unfortunately the iron that was gicen was full of residue on the hotplate and i ended up staining my white linen pants.

The hotel was in a great location regarding the airport and also on bus route 5 which goes between the airport and takes you into Venice within 20 minutes which was great. However for dinning out the immediate area was not geared up for this. We did eat at the hotel restaurant which was ok but were disappointed as there was no children’s menu. The rooms were spacious and clean however the beds were a little too hard for me. Nice to have a bathroom with the option of a bath and shower. The air conditioning was great and much needed. The staff were helpful and having the airport shuttle was good. The hotel is advertised as a great family hotel however the lack of a children’s menu in the restaurant and for what we could see no outside park as shown in the pictures and description was disappointing. Overall the hotel serviced our needs for being close to the airport and having good transport links. Thanks

Quick walk to the bus stop that takes you into Venice. Staff was friendly and helpful. You can buy the bus ticket into Venice at the front desk. Dinner at the restaurant was very delicious and the breakfast buffet was worth the charge with all of the various options. Would stay here again!
