Cozy apartment located in a private building a few steps from the center equipped with all the necessary comforts, ideal for couples and families for short or long stays located in a quiet and residential area where it is possible to find every shop for every need. Familiar and courteous environment to make your stay unforgettable.

Guests will have at their disposal an apartment equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room with sofa bed (PLEASE COMMUNICATE AFTER BOOKING THE NEED TO HAVE SEPARATE BEDS OTHERWISE IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO PREPARE THEM DURING YOUR STAY).

In the apartment there is everything you need: sheets, towels, utensils, kettle and microwave, free Wi-Fi code throughout the entire structure.

For work-related matters, luggage storage is available from 10:00 to 12:00. If and when it is possible to extend the opening hours we will let you know at the moment.

We just loved the location of this sweet apartment. Centrally located and walking distance to the canal and also great restaurants. Our host was kind and provided a warm welcome. We had a great amount of difficulty however with the hot water. Hot water had sporadic availability. Our host responded promptly each time there was an issue and it would eventually get sorted.

The property was as described except there was a miscommunication in the property listing: it was shown as having air conditioning but it didn’t. Good location and close to train station and great canal restaurants for outdoor dining. Water taxi / station right there so easy to get to. Water pressure in shower could have been a little better and the fans in the suite didn't cool off the place too well. We were there at a hot time for sure. Really liked the location of the apartment.

Great location
Beatrice was a great host. She was very responsive from the moment we were interested in booking the apartment. On the day of check-in, she met us and provided all of the necessary information for our stay. The apartment is very interesting and has a lot of character. The location is also great; close to many restaurants without being noisy. We happened to come during a cold period in May, so the apartment was quite cold. Beatrice provided us with extra blankets which was very much appreciated! The only real issue we had was with the hot water. The temperature and pressure fluctuated a lot, and with the temperature being unexpectedly cold, it made the showers a little rough. While it didn’t get any better during our trip, Beatrice did consistently check the water heater. She also checked with us to see if it had gotten better. While we didn’t have the best stay because of the fluctuating water temperature, we appreciated that Beatrice was a very attentive host.

A perfect location right off the canal. Easy 5min walk from the Airport Boat Shuttle drop off. Everything needed for a great stay is included, even pasta and coffee! Fantastic host, great communication, and a great guide book with information about the area. The photos match the unit, and the laundry is a nice feature. Would stay again!

The apartment is on a very quiet street and it has an old world charm. We had just a two night stay and wish we could stay longer. Old brick and beam construction, antique furnishings, and also well equipped. Beatrice is an awesome owner and landlord. Extremely helpful and friendly. A great spirit!! The accommodation is located within walking distance of the train station and with easy access to public transport to all places of interest. It has all the services, it is very comfortable, the decoration is beautiful, and Beatriz's attention is very warm with details that make you feel at home. Just a suggestion regarding the water pressure and temperature regulation of the shower. Beatriz explained to us how to use the services, but even following the instructions, taking a shower was an ordeal. It lose pressure and the water turns cold without using any other outlet apart from the shower. If that is fixed, the stay would be absolutely perfect.

Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen
Die Unterkunft liegt in dem wahrscheinlich einzigen nicht überlaufenen Sestiere Venedigs, in Cannaregio. Beatrice als Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und reagierte schnell auf alle Nachfragen. Lediglich die Dusche ist sehr problematisch und dringend auf einen neueren Stand zu bringen. Den klassischen italienischen Espressokocher als Kaffeemaschine zu bezeichnen ist auch schon recht mutig und für Leseratten könnte die Beleuchtung im Wohnbereich etwas verbessert werden. Dennoch ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen und wir würden sie jederzeit wieder mieten.

Beautiful flat in historical Venetian house. Close to the train station and to the central areas of the island. Very well served by shops and supermarkets. Very clean and pleasant; nice small kitchen with everything one might need and a large bathroom. The owner is very friendly, kind and available. Great attention to anti-covid hygienic procedures. Ideal:) Splendido appartamentino in palazzetto storico. Zona comodissima sia per stazione che per passeggiate in centro. Servito molto bene anche da supermercati e negozi e quant'altro. Molto pulito e piacevole, una cucinetta con tutto l'indispensabile e un gran bagno. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Grande attenzione alle procedure igieniche anti-covid. Ideale:)
