The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were incredibly helpful, providing us with a detailed map and guidance to explore the city with ease, which is essential in a walkable city like Venice. One of the highlights was the complimentary trip they arranged to Murano, where we enjoyed watching the fascinating glass-blowing process. The staff also proactively assisted with transportation, ensuring seamless arrangements for our water taxi to and from the Venice train station.
