The Santa Marina is a classic Venice hotel, elegant and authentic. We enjoyed their private terrace for coffee. The location is good for nearby shops, restaurants and bars, however, many steps to negotiate if you have luggage & are utilizing the water bus system.

Perfect hotel
I stay in a lot of hotels. This is by far my favourite. It’s just beautiful. The staff are excellent, the rooms are perfect, exceptionally clean and the rainfall shower is the best i have seen. The location is perfect. Less than 5 minutes from Rialto but it is very quiet at night.

2 people for 2 nights. The location was perfect - 5 min walking from all the highlights, however it felt quite and private. The pastry shop across the street had nice coffee and delicious traditional desserts. Very local place. The room and the dining area were super clean - 10! The breakfast buffet had great variety and was tasty. - We had booked a deluxe room and it felt smaller than the photos. The room was dark - needed the lights on even in the morning. I am not a fan, but most of the hotels in Venice have this interior style -too crowded for me. Minimum effort from staff. I would expect more from a 4* hotel. Overall enjoyable stay! 8/10

Stayed. Here for 3 days and two nights with my family. We fell in love with the hotel and planing to come back again next summer on a long vacation.
