This is a family run hotel and it feels like home. Felicia is the best and was very kind to my elderly nonna who was in a walker. There are rooms that are accessible for handicapped people so please ask for that if needed. Thereā€™s breakfast, and dinner available. You can hear outside of the room so I suggest using sleep sounds as to not wake you if you are a light sleeper. All in all I recommend this hotel. 10/10. Grazie mille!

We chose this hotel for three reasons: proximity to the airport, a restaurant on site, and air conditioning. Out of those three only the airport worked out. The restaurant was closed, because they had an event booked. The A/C did not work. When we arrived there was no staff to check us in. We waited 30 minutes for someone to check us in.

Absolutely terrible, DO NOT STAY!! Black Mold in the bedroom and hallway, insects, smells musty and dirty, visibly dirty, someone is living in one of the other rooms, creepy, noisy, no air conditioning and just beyond gross!! My wife and I left at 10pm and would not return for our two night stay, I would rather pay the extra money at the Hilton than stay in this place ever, DO NOT STAY!! I cannot warn you enough, DO NOT STAY!! Disgusting and gross on so many levels! Hotels.com should not allow people to book here!

A hot and sticky stay.
The grounds of the property were great and the customer service was good and rooms were clean. The problem was the AC or lack of AC in the rooms, they have it locked so you canā€™t turn it down and it was so hot in the rooms that my family couldnā€™t sleep. I had chosen this place because it was close to the airport and I had a 6am flight to catch.

Lovely little, I assume family run, hotel. Had the best sleep there and rooms were generally quiet. Fantastic pool area with its own ā€˜beachā€™ Great for families. Only downside was that the shower needed a really good clean.

Unclean. Unethical. Unsuitable for families.
Terrible management. Overcharged us. Dishonest/unethical in dealing. We arrived at midnight. They knew we wonā€™t walk away that late. So they made us pay extra. When we brought it to their attention in the morning, they gave roundabout answers. Promised refund. But did not do it. Itā€™s in the middle of nowhere. No restaurant or stores for miles around. Itā€™s more like a party venue. Not suitable for families or kids. Cleanliness is not their priority. Not worth the inflated price.

Air does not work. No fans in rooms. It is HOT even in June. Prepare to step out of a cold shower and sweat! Also restaurant was in a complete mess. Some food arrived fast but plates not at all or 1 hour later and cold. Just needs a stricter manger I thinkā€¦

The Mother of the owner, unprofessional, rude to us client and staff. We paid for the breakfast and she didnā€™t have on her list, we explained, showed her the total with the breakfast, she would keep asking if we had paid the breakfast (at least 3 times). On our way out of the hotel, she send the staff (who was under training) to our car twice to ask again if we had pay the breakfast. The breakfast was very poor. The coffee machine wasnā€™t working, no butter and etcā€¦ she was very unprofessional. the situation was very embarrassing and uncomfortable

2 star hotel, My room was minuscule...old style..bed against the wall. Breakfast left much to desire, and I was asked to pay in double due to an error from the receptionist. Also a lack of english skills from the hotel personnel made this situation even more frustrating to me. Luckly it was solved by gestures.
