The service was excellent. The front desk service was so friendly. The owner, I think he was the owner, carried my 80 year old mother’s luggage up the stairs, and into her room. The room had a great view as well.

They were so kind and shares a bottle of wine with us! The hotel is gorgeous! The air conditioning was great! I would have given five stars if the bed was a little comfier but it was all nice.

Great location near lots of shops and restaurants. Given detailed directions how to find it. Comfortable beds. Great aircon. Friendly and helpful staff. Our room had lovely view of small canal and bridges.

Hotel staff charged me a lot extra and in cash for my little kid, and did not add any bed in return! They gave us a room on 4th floor and they didn’t have an elevator, so we had to carry all our luggage’s ourselves all the way up! Building was too claustrophobic, and AC was very weak, almost not noticeable!

The location is centrally located to all the tourist sites and walkable. Plenty of options for dining. Air conditioning was excellent and surprisingly bigger than I expected. Definitely come back and stay here again

Cool location, fine staff. There were crumbs on the stairs and bugs in our room. The bugs came from the shower drain and were all over our room after two days. I was stressed walking around my room and I always had shoes on. I let the staff know about it so hopefully something is done!! It had a beautiful little communal balcony!!

Great location
Travelled as a couple. Location is fantastic near Rialto Mercato and the bridge. Antonio was really friendly and the rooms were larger than the average Italian hotel room..bit old but functioned as expected. One improvement could be to create a map/set of instructions made of photos to help locate the hotel easier the first time around (Google is semi helpful, and the instructions provided but the hotel were good but I am am not the best at following).

Location was good, it was a moderate walk from the water taxi and the stairs are a bit difficult with luggage. Roads and stairs are tricky and uneven. The windows opening over the canal was fun.
