The staff are helpful. We arrived early and they offered us coffees when recepting us. The room is also upgraded and is very spacious and nice. WiFi is also very fast. The only small issue is the ventilation of the washroom is not very efficient.

The team at Palazzo San Lucas were so accommodating! They found us a ground floor suite when we stupidly over packed (pro tip: don't do that), provided complementary wine for our arrival and answered a ton of questions, super responsive and helpful! They even booked us a water taxi to the train station, a perfect ending to our whirlwind tour of beautiful Venice!

The room was a very nice appartment on top floor. It was very clean and had a very nice rooftop patio. The staff was very nice and helpful with everything with everything and i could not have asked for better. Location was very good and close to many of the main attractions.

The concierge was incredibly helpful from arrival to departure. He helped us navigate by water bus to the hotel and arranged a water taxi for departure to the airport. Our corner suite was charming on the interior with a Murano chandelier in the primary and antique furniture. Several small things did not work (multiple broken lights in the bathroom, lock on the primary bedroom door did not work, a tile was missing in the bathroom). Not evident in the photos is that the windows look directly into the glass windows on a modern bank office so while the interior was charming the view was not what you want in Venice. We would honestly have preferred staring at an ancient alley wall. The room had a miniature balcony but only one person could sit there. While we don’t know what the other places we looked at really look like, we would probably have stayed elsewhere for this price point had we known we’d be staring into floor to ceiling windows of a modern bank office.
