A comfortable and spacious apartment situated in a house that has been split into two apartments in the Santa Croce district. It's visible beams and it's original decoration create a feel good atmosphere in the apartment. It is located in Santa Croce district, close to el campo San Giacomo dall'Orio. However, it is not a on a touristic path, a real haven of peace. In spring, children like to play outside while parents are resting in the trees shadows.

This beautiful and comfortable second-floor apartment (88 m²) is situated in a house that has been split into two separate apartments with a shared entrance. There is no elevator access. Exposed ceiling beams and tasteful decor lend charm to the apartment.

The apartment is accessed via a staircase that leads directly to the living room.

Main floor

The living room (25 m² - southwest facing) is air conditioned and has two windows that overlook the yard. The room is furnished with a sofa, a table and six chairs, and a buffet.

The kitchen opens onto the living room and is fitted with all the cooking and eating utensils you’ll need, an electric oven, a refrigerator, and a gas stove.

The first bedroom (13.95 m² - northeast facing) has two windows that overlook the street and contains a double bed, two bedside tables, a dresser, and an armoire.

The second bedroom (13.95 m² - northeast facing) also has two windows that overlook the street and has two single beds, two bedside tables, and an armoire.

The bathroom (4.3 m² - southwest facing) overlooks the yard and is fitted with a shower, a sink, a bidet, and a toilet. There is also a small room where you'll find the boiler and the washing machine off of the bathroom.

2nd floor

A spiral staircase in the living room leads to a third bedroom.

The third bedroom has sloped ceilings (see Notes) (24.4 m² - southwest facing), a skylight, and a window that overlooks the yard. There are two single beds and two bedside tables.

An en-suite bathroom (4.8 m²) with a skylight is fitted with a sink, bidet, and toilet.

A multilingual agent will welcome you on-site for your arrival and will be there for your departure.

Only a stone's throw from the Grand Canal and the train station, the apartment is situated in the Santa Croce district. The nearby Campo San Giacomo dall’Orio, far from the tourist traps, is a haven of peace. In the summer you'll find children playing outdoors while their parents take shelter from the sun under the large trees.

This district, off of the beaten path and frequented by locals, is nonetheless only a 15 minute walk from the Rialto district and 10 minutes from Campo Santa Margherita, one of the busiest and most popular squares in all of Venice. The square is also home to lots of student bars.

Pedestrians coming from the train station can sometimes be heard in the bedrooms off of the street.
