The splendid suite, located in Giudecca, is part of the monumental complex of the MOLINO STUCKY (1850), recently restored together with the Hilton Hotel.
Direct connection from the railway station, from the airport and from the Tronchetto parking lot with scheduled boats.
The apartment, located on the 3rd floor of the complex as well as providing all the comforts (WI / FI, A. C. and independent heating, TV SAT, CD / DVD player, lift), is a small palace of 80 square meters furnished by Venetian architects with lacquered furniture, using delicate colors that give it a romantic look.
It consists of a comfortable dining room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, 1 large bathroom with tub and shower and 1 bedroom.
From the windows of the apartment you can enjoy the view of the gardens of the Hilton Hotel and a glimpse of the Lagoon and the Lido island. It is possible to use the SPA and Fitness of H. for a fee Hilton as well as the hotel restaurant and pub with spectacular views of Venice.
The area is full of typical restaurants, cicchetterie, pizzerias, pubs, sandwich shops, craft shops, etc.

Overall good but a few issues
Nice manager but I don’t think the listing is completely accurate and there were a few issues like the laundry was broken, toilet was rigged in order to work. I was given an address in an email and it changed in a whatsup message she sent me later, the hot tub is a package you can buy at the spa next door. If the listing was up front, this would be good place to stay. Very clean, full condo, beautiful bathroom etc

Really great stay
Excellent property, very clean. Wife stated is a cute apartment and really loved it. When we return to the area, we will definitely try to rent this property again. Rosina was a great host and took care of small problems that arose. This property definitely gets five stars.

Perfect apartment for a couple visiting Venice
The property was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The location is great for exploring Venice (as long as you have a ferry-pass). Everything in the apartment worked...fast WiFi, laundry, kitchen, shower, etc. The check-in and check-our process with Rosina was flawless. Her communication was excellent and she couldn't have been nicer. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Perfectly Lovely
As lovely or better than it appears in the photos. The apartment has an elevator to the 3rd floor and is all on one level. Bed is comfortable and kitchen is well equipped. Pleasant restaurants and small market/pharmacy and bakery within easy walking distance -great to return to the quiet neighbourhood after a day in Venice- easy vaporetto ride. Would definitely stay again-Thanks so much

Great location during Redentore Festival
Rosina is super helpful and kind. Her apartment is filled with a well stocked kitchen—everything you could want. One AC unit is in kitchen/living area and one in the very large bedroom with a king size bed —very comfortable and great pillows too! The bathroom is huge and shower is great! Double sinks! And there’s a washing machine and clothes line for drying. I loved the Venetian decor…so delightful. The area is very quiet and calm. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is as described. Located an easy walk to both the Sacca Fisola and the Palanca valporetto stops. Beautiful apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We made it our home for a month and would definitely stay again.

Lovely quiet spot
This was a great apartment with more space than expected. Very large bathroom and bedroom, nice sitting area and kitchenette. Location on Giudecca is away from the crowds with several osterias on the way to the vaporetto stop where you can stop for coffee and a panini before taking the short boat over to Zattere. Communication with property manager was easy and pleasant. Would stay here again.

Loved Giudecca!!!
The property is great. Vicky helps you out a lot at the start when you need it. Giudecca was not overrun by tourists so eating out and walking about felt very nice. You do have to take the vaporetto to cross over to Venice (only a few minutes) but this means planning times and a bit more expense. I am very glad we did stay in Giudecca, though, because we never would have gotten the bigger sense of Venice with Giudecca. Worth learning about!

My friends were staying at the Hilton Molina Stuckey - no rooms were available so I had to look for something else on Guidecca. So Glad!!! This apartment had everything you could want - king bed with TV in bedroom, large bathroom with nice shower and tub (and a washing machine), and a beautiful living room with kitchen in it with separate dining room area. Safety is important to me as traveling alone - the door was solid steel with 4 bolts that locked the door - slept very well knowing no entrance possible into apartment. The best thing however was Vicki the hostess - avail for all questions and issues. This apartment is around the corner from the Hilton - I walked 2 minutes from inside the HIlton to the apartment building door so perfect as my my friends were staying in the Hilton. We could also use the free shuttle from the hotel over to the main part of Venice (San Marco vaparetto stop)

My ‘home’ in Venice
This is my third stay in this excellent condo on Giudecca…am already planning the next visit. The condo is in the buildings adjacent to the Hilton Molino Stucky, a superb location. The vaporetto stop is nearby and the Airport water shuttle is located at the Hilton for your convenience. The condo is modern, bright, spacious and immaculate. We appreciated having a washing machine in addition to the usual conveniences. Vicky welcomed us and we were able to leave our luggage there before check in time. She was also easy to reach and so helpful.Giudecca is relaxing and has a variety of restaurants and trattorias as well as convenience stores, pharmacies, supermarket and fruit / vegetable stores. The rental fee is excellent value. Lodging here will certainly enhance your Venetian experience!

Staying at Stucky Molina on the Giudecca
The apartment at Stucky Molina is perfect: Spacious, well-equipped, clean, and quiet. The hosts are friendly and responsive. The cleaning lady working for them is efficient, with a good command of English. We were very pleased with every aspect of our stay. In addition, the Giudecca is a perfect place to stay if you are an unhurried tourist. It is beautiful and relatively tourist-free, with charming cafes and restaurants along the waterfront. The island is also good for jogging, if you are into it.

Try the Giudecca
We were in Venice in early June when it was very hot and crowded with tourists. It was great to be able to retreat to this cool and comfortable apartment in the afternoons. It's a bit out of the way on the Giudecca, but there are 2 nearby vaporetto stops, a grocery store and quite a few nice restaurants along the water. The apartment has large rooms, the furniture is comfortable, the air conditioning kept us cool, there's a washing machine and even a bathtub. We enjoyed our stay here and would happily return.

Our first time trying HomeAway. We were a bit anxious but this was a good confidence booster for future holidays because it all went so well. We were met at the Alilaguna stop and escorted to the property which is in an old flour factory, now all restored to it's former glory. The apartment is modern inside and quirky. We loved it.

We checked in and was met by a very nice person Daniela. The condo is very nice. This time of year there is no AC so it was very warm on certain days. I wish I had been informed, The beds were VERYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY hard so it was difficult to get to sleep. The kitchen amenities are very nice as well. Because of no AC at this time of year we tried to open the windows for some breeze but all we got was mosquitos. The bathroom is very spacious but didn't know how to work the heated towel warmer. The people are very lovely and the accommodations are nice but the mattress in the master bedroom is hard as a rock. Lovely accommodations and I would stay again only if there was AC. Thank you.
