The apartment consists of a Kitchen with a large living room, where you will find a very comfortable sofa bed for two people, one bedroom and dressing rooms all rigorously in modern style with warm colors typical of 'Tek' wood. The bright and welcoming bathroom, covered by a mosaic offers you a comfortable shower. Small private courtyard flourished in the warmer months. The apartment offers many comforts such as satellite TV, wi-fi connection with internet key (we do not provide a pc), air conditioning, heating system, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, hairdryer.

The Sestiere of Cannaregio in which the apartment is located, and more specifically ' Calle delle Muneghe ' offers many attractions for tourists who want to stay in an area served by the Venetian markets, typical shops, and restaurants that offer excellent cuisine. The most known way to reach Rialto and San Marco is called 'Strada Nuova”, which is a few minutes far from the apartment, along “Rio della Sensa.' The vaporetto stop more convenient is Sant 'Alvise only few minutes walk from the apartment.

Lovely apartment in quiet part of venice
We stayed in this apartment in August as family with two children. The apartment was lovely with modern equipment, two very comfortable beds (inc one sofa bed) and the essential air conditioning! Daniela was a really communicative and helpful host and gave us lots of information. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Base to Explore Venice
We can't rate this property highly enough. Tucked away in a quiet area of Venice, but not too far from the Grand Canal and transport links to the whole city. Our stay was perfect. We arrived at the airport and were met from the water taxi and shown to the property, just a 5 minute walk from the first water taxi stop. As soon as we entered we were delighted with the ice cool air conditioning, and the delightful decor of the apartment. The space within the kitchen/living room is excellent and we used the fold down bed for our children which was very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. The main bedroom is beautifully decorated with exposed beams. There is ample storage and the bedroom leads into a high quality bathroom with an excellent shower. Our days out in Venice were memorable, and so was our stay in this beautiful apartment. If you are planning a visit to Venice and would like your own quiet space to return to, then look no further!

My mom and I had the pleasure of staying here on our quick trip to Venice. We were overjoyed, the home was so beautiful and clean. Also the bed was so comfy which is very important when you are tired from vacation. We both slept better here than we had on our entire vacation. It was decorated beautifully, its location was perfect, and the owner was so kind to provide lots of recommendations. Everything we needed was provided, even things we didn’t know we needed. I would definitely stay again. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Venice, absolutely loved it.

Perfect
This was the perfect place for myself and my adult daughter. The beds (Daniela had arranged for the sofa bed to be made and was ready when we arrived) were comfortable and everything was clean. Daniela gave excellent instructions on checking in and out and provided us with several local recommendations for dining and getting around. Dishes were ample and tea, coffee, salt, etc... were on hand. We loved the location. Close enough for a quick walk to the city center, but in a neighborhood that was less crowded and noisy. The grocery store was a few minutes walk away and there were many restaurants and shops nearby. The ferry was also an easy walk. If I ever make it to Venice again would love to stay in this exact spot!

a true gem in the heart of Venice
We can not say enough positives about this little apartment in Venice. 1. Daniella, our host was amazing, met us at the vaporrato stop and got us situated, Daniella was easy to reach and checked in on us throughout our stay. 2. The apartment was perfect for 2, super clean, comfortable bed, laundry with a great dryer, and very nice bathroom. safe safe neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores (there are 2 in a 5min walk) and the train/ bus/ vaporatto. 3. There is nothing like Venice after dark, quiet, and romantic. 4. easy access to all that Venice is famous for, evening walks to San Marco were delightful. We felt like we were part of the local culture after 9 days and loved every minute of our vacation. Grazie mille Daniella for making our 30th anniversary perfect :)

Absolutely top notch accommodations and host!
The apartment had all up to date amenities with plenty of room. It was very clean and was everything we could wish for. Any help needed, the host was very accommodating. It was close to the water bus, close walking distance to all areas of Venice and the neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Loved it abs if we did a second trip it would be at this apartment!

Off the beaten path, which considering the current visitation status of Venice , is a plus. Very nice spot in a bedroom community of Venice. Some construction/rebuild nearby but still very quiet. Great apartment, nice decor and amenities. Daniela was great!

Look No Further
This apartment was perfect. The check in and check out process was smooth with great communication with Daniella from booking to departure. This was our last stop in Italy and we definitely saved the best for last. We were sorry we weren’t staying for longer. The neighborhood is very quiet but still within walking distance to most everything we needed. The apartment had everything you could possibly need: hair dryer, adapters & even wash cloths! The washer & dryer were a big plus after 10 days in Italy She left us a bottle of Prosecco & cookies to make our anniversary trip so special. We appreciated it so much but unfortunately we ran out of time to drink the Prosecco. Hopefully the next renters had more time to enjoy it. Daniella was very diligent in everything she did. We have stayed in many VRBO’s over the years and kudos to Daniella for making the top of the list with her communication, coordination & hospitality. If we are ever fortunate enough to make it back to Venice we would definitely seek out a Daniella apartment.

Lovely Apartment in Venice
Look no further. This apartment was perfect. Daniela has great taste in decoration, and the apartment was very clean upon arrival. The check in process was smooth all thanks to Daniela's thorough instructions on how to get to the place and check in properly. Would definitely stay here again. There are some great restaurants nearby. Venice is a very walkable city and this property was in a quiet part of town. Would highly recommend. Thank you again Daniela!

There was a big storm in Venice a day or so before our check in, which caused a flood and electrical problem in the place. Daniella notified us and made alternate arrangements at a different apartment for us to stay in. She is very responsive and communicative. She was very kind and welcoming. She helped us with our luggage. She sat down with us and provided us a map and multiple recommendations of where to go in Venice and food recommendations. She also left a bottle of Prosecco and cookies. She went out of her way to make us feel right at home and show her hospitality. It was an amazing few days stay in Venice. Apartment we stayed in was very clean, comfortable, AC was great. Daniella has multiple properties she rents out and you can see she cares for each place. Highly recommend booking your stay with her 10/10!

Cool reprieve from the hustle and bustle
We stayed 2 nights. Daniela was communicative and nice to give a few extras. Some sweets for the girls and waters in the fridge. I loved how the available sofa bed was already fully done with linens, ready for use, since they knew 4 ppl were staying. The place is located in the quieter part of Venice, close to convenient city water taxi and water bus to the airport! I recommend getting up at sunrise to walk to St. Marks square, we were the only ones up in the neighborhood so it was nice to think we had Venice to ourselves for a moment of time.

Concierge-level Customer Service & Hospitality!!
Pre-coordination with Daniela was fantastic. Before arrival, she called/scheduled a medical visit for my wife for an acute medical issue – extraordinary hospitality/invaluable customer service! We walked to the apartment in a steady windy rain as water taxis had long queues and are havens for pickpockets. We arrived to find a beautiful apartment! Fully functional kitchen. An awesome dryer we used immediately to dry our soaking clothes. The bedroom is spacious with plenty of storage. Bathroom has all the essentials along with a very nice shower. The apartment is less than 10 minutes from a great restaurants and supermarkets. High speed internet worked excellently. Great music channel on the many-channeled TV. The apartment has abundant supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and bath towels. We ate out both nights in Venice and thus didn’t use the large/modern dishwasher. We did not have time to use the quaint outdoor patio. Lastly, Daniela coordinated a private taxi to take us nonstop from the the apartment directly to where we parked – more costly than the other water taxis, but the convenience was worth it! We would definitely stay here again! You will never get better concierge-level customer service/hospitality than from Daniela!! She serves as an extremely reliable person as a point of reference and local guide that invaluably makes you feel more secure and comfortable so you can have the most pleasant time possible in Venice!

Off The Beaten Path
We loved the location. Away from the busy tourist areas, yet a short walk to any amenity or tourist spot. It was clean, quiet and met our needs. Daniela (host) was helpful and answered any questions. We took the water bus from the train when we arrived, yet walked to the train station when we left. The walk is shorter! We found there was a certain peacefulness once you left the tourists area and entered the neighbourhood, which still had its own restaurants and cicchetti bars.

Amazing Stay in Venice
My family and I had such an amazing stay at Daniela's beautiful loft. Everything was flawless - from pre-trip communication and check-in throughout our stay. The loft is incredibly comfortable and was the perfect space for my family of 4 including 2 teenage daughters. Everything is as described in the listing and Daniela is a great host who takes care of every detail. The kitchen is well stocked and the washer/drier was perfect for the middle stop on our journey around Italy! The location is also amazing. The local neighborhood is quiet and off the beaten path but only a short walk from all of the main tourist areas. And there are amazing restaurants close-by, including one gem of a local bakery (Panificio El Fornareto) where we sourced breakfast from each day. My wife and I are already planning our return trip and will stay here again!

A wonderful place to stay!
If you go to Venice, you must stay here! My husband and I traveled around Italy for two weeks and this was our last stop. We only stayed two days and I wish it was longer. The check in process was very smooth. The owner was not able to meet us but she sent a representative that was extremely nice and helpful. The rep met us at the water taxi so we would not get lost. She also called the owner to whom I spoke with. She was extremely nice and told me to contact her if we needed anything. The apartment seemed to be in a quiet area. Which is exactly what we were looking for. It was within walking distance to many things. Or the water taxi was nearby and easy to use. It was very clean with extra towels, pillows, and washcloths. The bed was big and very comfortable. Plenty of open closet space with a bunch of hangers. The shower is big enough for a tall muscular person. The shower temperature and water pressure was perfect! The washer and dryer worked like a charm. It was so nice to use after traveling for two weeks. We didn’t get a chance to use the kitchen. But it was beautiful with everything you need to cook. It also had plenty of cleaning supplies under the sink. While we were relaxing with some wine, we turned on the smart tv and watched Netflix. It felt like home. Thank you for such a great experience! We hope to be back!!
