Clean, nice apartment with great view
Overall, our stay was great. The apartment was clean and had a great terrace with a beautiful view. Parking was easy, and the beach below was really nice (you just have to be prepared for some exercise with all of the stairs!)

Perfektes Domizil
Die Lage ist toll, man hat eine super Aussicht, es gibt immer was neues zu sehen. Eine große gemütliche Unterkunft mit ruhiger Umgebung und einer großen Terrasse, um in die Ferne zu schweifen. Man kann auf der Terrasse frühstücken mit tollem Blick aufs Meer und die Abende kann hier schön ausklingen lassen

Super Aussicht und schöne Wohnung
Also die Aussicht war super , die Wohnung alt eingerichtet aber ansonsten schön , Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine waren vorhanden. Der Check in verlief reibungslos. Unser Hund war auch sehr willkommen. Es ist auch eine wahnsinnig schöne Gegend , der Weg zum Strand ist etwas lang und bei 30 Grad anstrengend 😂 Die Parkplatz Situation fand ich halb so schlimm mit einer C klasse Kombi , man muss sich erst mal dran gewöhnen . Man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten besuchen von diesem Ort aus . Einzige Manko man muss überall mit dem Auto hin bis auf den Strand ist fast Nix fußläufig zu erreichen . Aber uns hat es super gefallen.

Einfache Ferienwohnung in Top-Lage
Eigentlich ist in den Bewertungen bereits alles Wesentliche gesagt. Es handelt sich um eine einfache, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung, die über eine Treppe (Via Aurelia) zu erreichen ist. Für bewegungseingeschränkte Menschen ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber und der Kontaktperson vor Ort ist angenehm und gut. Von der Terrasse aus genießt man einen herrlichen Ausblick auf das Meer. Will man im Meer baden, dann führt der "kurze Spaziergang" über knapp 200 Stufen zu einem urigen Kieselstrand, der wenig besucht ist. Ein Strand mit felsigem Untergrund ist einfacher zu erreichen, bei starker Wellenbewegung nicht zu empfehlen. Leider muss man am Ende des Tages die Stufen wieder hochlaufen. Wer Fahrräder dabei hat, kann über die bergige Küstenstraße nach Ventimiglia oder über die Grenze nach Menton, Monaco und Nizza radeln. Der Parkplatz ist eher für kleine PKW. Wer die Wohnung nur zum Schlafen nutzt, das Frühstück und den Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse genießen will, findet in dieser Wohnung ein angemessenes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. Wer das Außergewöhnliche mit hohem Ausstattungsstandard sucht, ist hier fehl am Platz.

Ferienwohnung mit tollem Meerblick
Das beste an der Wohnung war tatsächlich die Terrasse mit einem wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer. Die Küche war praktisch und gut ausgestattet, Herd, Mikrowelle, Kuhlgefrierkombi und Spülmaschine. Manches Geschirr und Besteck war leider nicht ganz so sauber im Schrank. Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Toilette und Waschmaschine war sauber und zweckmäßig. Als Schlafzimmer dienten 2 kleine fensterlose Zimmer mit Lammellenvorhang statt Türe. Für eine Woche nur zum Schlafen war es ok. Es fehlte ein wenig die Intimsfähre. Vermieter und Betreuung vor Ort waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der vorgesehene Parkplatz ist nicht für große Autos geeignet. Wir haben dann etwas abseits geparkt, was ok war. Als Verbesserung möchte ich Fliegengitter vorschlagen, da die Mücken ziemlich zahlreich und nerfig waren. Unser Fazit: Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist ok und wir würden wieder kommen

Plein la vue !
Impossible de ne pas être séduit par cette vue dégagée sur la mer ! Bonne surprise, celle-ci est de plus accessible depuis la résidence par 250 marches, au calme, au milieu de la végétation. La maison quant à elle est propre et parfaitement équipée, et les lits très confortables. Bref, merci à Ruggero et Camelia

Kein Wohlfühl-Charakter
Um mit dem Positiven zu beginnen: Sehr nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Dame, die die Kontaktperson vor Ort ist. Außerdem ist die Terrasse wunderschön und bietet einen atemberaubenden Meerblick. Leider war das nicht ausreichend, um uns in der Wohnung wohl zu fühlen. Dass die Schlafzimmer nur Lamellen-Vorhänge als Türen haben, wussten wir schon vorher, aber nicht, dass es darin keine Fenster gibt. Man schläft wie in einer Höhle ohne Frischluftzufuhr. Bei über 30 Grad Außentemperatur kein Vergnügen. Und für jemanden, der nur ansatzweise Probleme mit Klaustrophobie hat, nicht geeignet. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr sehr alt, bis auf die Waschmaschine und den Kühlschrank, und es herrscht ein reges Sammelsurium an Sachen, die wohl die Mieter der letzten zwanzig Jahre hier vergessen haben. In der Küche hätten wir außer Wasser (aber auch erst, nachdem wir den Wasserkocher entkalkt haben) nichts kochen können - einige der Töpfe waren noch schmutzig und die Schublade mit dem Besteck haben wir auch erstmal gereinigt. Im Badezimmer war es sauber, aber eben auch alles uralt und teilweise schon verrostet. Den Duschkopf kann man nicht an der Wand befestigen, so dass das Duschen in der sehr engen Badewanne mit klappbarer Duschtür auch kein reines Vergnügen war. Als positiv möchte ich noch anmerken, dass es ausreichend Handtücher gab. Außerdem sind die Schränke voll mit Bettwäsche und Tischdecken. Wofür auch immer. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung leider überhaupt nicht wohlgefühlt. Zuerst dachten wir, dass die herrliche Aussicht und die Terrasse über alles andere hinweg trösten kann, aber nach der vierten schlaflosen Nacht in den "Schlafhöhlen" haben wir uns dazu entschlossen, die Unterkunft zu wechseln. Wir hätten unseren Urlaub in dieser Wohnung nicht genießen können. Es tut uns sehr leid, diese schlechte Bewertung zu schreiben, aber vielleicht führt das dazu, dass die Wohnung einmal ordentlich entrümpelt und ein bisschen modernisiert wird. Den nachfolgenden Mietern wäre es zu wünschen.

Tranquillità e paesaggio incantevole
Ho trovato quello che da anni stavo cercando un posto dove stare in tranquillità e gustare comodamente da casa lo scorcio di mare ligure tra i più belli e caratteristici. Ho riscoperto immerso nella tranquillità e nel bel paesaggio i valori della famiglia. Ho avuto modo di riposarmi bene e sicuramente ci ritorneremo. L’appartamento è dotato di tutte le comodità di una casa moderna al punto che non ho nemmeno cercato di uscire al ristorante. Comodità, praticità e pulizia sono una caratteristica dell’appartamento.

Ideale woning en locatie
In juni 2021 hebben mijn vrouw en ik een kleine week doorgebracht in de woning van Ruggero. Wij hebben zelden een zo compleet uitgerust vakantiehuis aangetroffen, om over de locatie en het uitzicht maar te zwijgen. Wij hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad, te kort helaas. Wij komen zeker terug en dan voor minimaal 10 dagen.

Huis met een prachtig uitzicht
Rustig gelegen vakantiehuis met een groot balkon. Het uitzicht is ongelooflijk mooi. Interieur van de woning is gedateerd ,de keukenuitrusting is zeer uitgebreid. Wij hebben het er heel goed gehad.
