We had 3 rooms. Nothing worked right. No one showed us the room and how to turn the air conditioner on initially. After telling us it worked, it did NOT. We needed to change rooms. Another room had a leak and water went on suitcase and all over floor. The pool looks much better in photo. The hotel and rooms smelled of humidity. Even though we got rooms for 4 people, there weren’t enough towels.

Friendly, WiFi was good for the area. My 6 kids and I felt comfortable. The showers and bathroom werr clean. The floors felt a bit sticky, bring your own drinks and snacks. No fridge or microwave.

Buena tarde, quisiera porfavor me pudieran aclarar respecto a mi reservación, ya que una servidora desde que inicie mi busqueda, pedi la habitación para 2 personas con camas dobles por si me acompañaba otra persona más y con acceso a mascotas. Y pues aunque ya pase ahí una noche hoy por la mañana me pidieron saliera de la habitación para que me cambiaran a otra porque no se permitia el acceso a perros en esa área y jamás me lo comentaron ayer por la noche que realice mi check in y a pesar del cambio de habitación, ahora me quieren cobrar $600 por cada uno de mis cachorros de 4 y 6 meses, recurso que no estoy dispuesta a cubrir pues no se me reflejo en mi reservacion desde un inicio dicho pago para yo decidir aceptarlo o no y aparte la atención del personal cuando me pidieron el cambio fue muy ineficiente sobre todo al solicitar que me apoyaran con el cambio de mi equipaje a la nueva habitación haciendo caso omiso y a pesar de que les comente que aún no desayunabamos y mi Señor Padre tiene 83 años como para estar esperando que se decidieran a que habitación cambiarnos y aunque ya pague en efectivo la cantidad de $3'462 por mi reservacion y la persona extra, todavía me solicitan pagar los $1,200 pesos por mis cachorros y la otra solución es dejarlos en mi camioneta 😕 y ellos están acostumbrados a viajar conmigo. Gracias por su atención y espero ser atendida favorablemente, ya que no es la primera vez que viajamos en sus hoteles. Sin más por el momento, quedo a sus ordenes. VA

El lugar no es nada como se ve en las fotos, la alberca está sucia a simple vista, uno de los muebles de nuestra habitación ni siquiera tenía puerta y la vista de la habitación es a unas escaleras de emergencia, había hasta basura en el pasillo y los baños viejos y mal cuidados
