Excelente ubicacion
La ubicación es excelente cerca de fraccionamientos familiares con accesos a la terminal del ADO transportaccion a la zona comercial y el centro Historico no esta cerca de la playa pero no queda muy retirado para mi la ubicación fue perfecta mi familia vive cerca y todo esta cerca y a la mano hay lugar de estacionamiento el personal es muy amable y amistoso te ayuda mucho

no respeta reservación condicion pago en efectivo
cuando llegue me dijeron que no tenia reservación, después que no trabajan con esta plataforma y que no aceptaban pagos con tarjetas de crédito, cuando empece a llamar para reportar esto saco su computadora para enseñarme que estaba totalmente ocupado y que si recibió el correo de reservación pero muy reciente y que no podía respetar esa reservación, luego me ofreció 1 habitación con la condición de que pagara en efectivo y que la desocupara lo mas temprano posible, también me comento que recientemente le habían cambiado la terminal y que no estaba funcionando bien y por eso no aceptaba pagos con tarjeta de crédito, toda la atención y servicio al respecto me pareció de muy mal gusto

Lo peor que existe, no lo usen.
La peor experiencia de mi vida, después de 14 horas de viaje llegamos y nos dijeron que no sabia de nuestra llegada, que no tenían instrucciones, y que no podían recibirnos, por lo que no pudimos usar el hotel, a pesar de estar pagado. Recomiendo que den de baja este hotel, lo peor que existe, al día siguiente meta mi reporte a Hoteles.com y se trataron de contactar con el responsable del hotel lo cual fue imposible. De Hoteles.com al dia de hoy no me han dado respuesta de este problema.

Suites Pet Friendly
Es una muy buena opción si se viaja con mascota. No tiene servicios de restaurante, pero las suites están equipadas con cocineta y refrigerador. La única queja es que el equipo de aire acondicionado es muy viejo y extremadamente ruidoso. Por lo demás muy bien, me permitieron hacer late checkout sin costo.
