There was a dog in the room across the hall that was barking and the people above us made a lot of noise. Someone had thrown a dirt dipper or something in the trash one evening and it smelled up the elevator area.Key card didn’t work well and door handle installed backwards. To get ice you had to go the the lobby and ask someone for ice. TV remote worked intermittently. Shower door would not say closed.

Great place to stay. Front staff is great. Had problems with our keys they kept deactivating, I believe they are going through new management. Stayed there about a week. Service staff does not check rooms. I was missing soap, conditioner, tissues and toilet paper, not enough towels only left 3 when I had 5 people staying in this room, had to keep asking the front staff for more other than that , this is place is a great place to stay. Nice location. I would stay here again. I recommended it to a family member and they stayed as well. They only had problems with the keys. They only stayed one night. Thank you

Great place to stay. Staff in front is courteous. Service staff for the rooms do not check the rooms. I needed to keep asking for shampoo, conditioner, tissues were not refilled. They forgot to do room service on my room one day. I stayed there a week.

This place was great 👍we had some friends in from LA for a punk rock show and the staff was amazing Friendly and welcoming. We would definitely recommend the Hotel Indigo!!

I recently stayed at this hotel with my kids and found the location to be very convenient, with lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the shower head in our room (508) was broken, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it was a decent experience, but the shower issue needs to be addressed.
