There was a lot of work going on and the backup beeper sounded all day long. On one hand I understand that maintenance is important but when you are on vacation and trying to relax the noise was annoying.

It was a great hotel there was no hand soap in the bathroom so I had to go in the shower to use the soap in there to wash my hands. The tv was in Spanish so I wasn’t able to watch anything. Otherwise the place was great nice and clean and gorgeous views.

The property is very nice. Fairly well maintained although aging. The bathrooms are dated and could use a tile update. But it was clean. We missed having a coffee maker in the room, but they do have complimentary coffee in the lobby. All amenities were otherwise there. The bed was comfortable and the views are very nice. The pool was clean and inviting. We enjoyed the restaurant 3 night and a breakfast. The staff was VERY friendly. Great hires!

Great location with food/drinks on site and several places within walking distance. Water views were great. Rooms are a little dated and had to go to office for coffee otherwise no complaints.

Band playing outside my room till 11 pm. I had been traveling three days and had an early am meeting. No other room available. And although the hotel staff were aware of the situation they were firm about saying…too bad. They refunded the resort fee but that wasn’t the point. Disappointed.

I loved the balcony overlooking the Marina. The room was very clean. Room service from the attached restaurant was delicious and so convenient. But a very big negative was that there was no table in the room to eat on or do my paperwork. I was there for three days and had most of my meals in my room. I asked the person at the front desk for a table and she said just said “no”. I travel a lot and I have never stayed in a hotel room that didn’t have at least a small table or desk. Good customer service would have been for the front desk person to try to find one for me…as this is advertised is a 3-star hotel, one would think customer service would be a priority. It’s a shame, because that changed an otherwise great stay into a disappointment.

A Great Find!
We completely enjoyed our short stay ! The place was clean and spacious; the only thing lacking in the room was a USB port. The appetizers at lunch were phenomenal, and the entire dinner was delicious!

The owner has really put her heart into this property and it shows across the board from the maintenance staff to house keeping, restaurant and bar. From front desk to the top. I worked here 5 years ago when I considered it a jewel in this area. Now it is a diamond!
