It was even more than expected.The location was exactly as stated.The hosts went out of there way to make us feel like comfortable.They were right there for y we needed anything.We will definitely be back.

Perfect spot for a couple

I was on my own, but this is a perfect spot for a couple. Lots of comfortable and private outdoor space. Plenty of local options for food and entertainment, short walk to the beach. For a small space, it is exceptionally well organized and appointed. It had everything I needed and more. The snacks, drinks and milk for coffee upon arrival was especially appreciated. Hosts are very easy to work with and clearly take pride in the space. I would highly recommend!

Quiet and relaxing

Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Loved the outdoor patio area. Owners live at the property but gave us our space.

Vero's secret paradise

2/2024-This studio had every amenity plus the extras that our hosts provided to make our stay just simply wonderful! We enjoyed our private space, beautiful patio space, bicycles to explore the beach and shopping areas a short ride away and more... The beach is a short walk or 2 minute drive away. Our hosts were so generous with welcoming goodies and suggestions for dining or enjoying the area. They were timely to respond to any request and very welcoming. This location is perfect for a couples getaway!! Thank you to our wonderful hosts.

The rest we hoped for!

No surprises. The studio and outdoor surroundings were exactly as we expected based on the information on the site. Fresh muffins awaited our mid morning arrival - which was easily arranged in advance. Following an early morning flight we were able to get some rest right away. The walk to the beach was maybe a 5 minute walk - which we made a couple of times a day - to enjoy the sunrise, and a late afternoon walk. Our family members were able to relax with us in the private outdoor area. Lanette & Kevin are wonderful hostess & host. We really appreciated the items they have available - water, coffee pods, creamer and beach towels, including bath and kitchen essentials. It was all we hoped for, and even more! Thank you!

Amazing Condo!

We had a great experience. The property owners were very responsive and helpful. They also had fresh muffins for us upon arrival, which were delicious. The listing is accurate and the condo is very close to the beach, great location. It also had many amenities that were very convenient. We interacted with the property owners a few times and they were very very nice! Highly recommend!

Perfect location!

Hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The location is perfect, a short walk to an amazing beach. We loved all of the beach gear they provided, chairs, wagon, bikes, etc. Best time!

Great stay

Perfect location, beautiful property. Lanette and Kevin are wonderful host. Best part are the bike rides in the morning to the beach! And evening walks thru the lovely neighborhood

Untrustworthy owner, but property as described

Studio itself is as described. However, the TV does not work. The second day, it went blank after an hour & would not come back on. The owner was in Virginia the entire week we rented & the studio is connected to her home. We texted the owner as instructed by the directions she left. We heard nothing in a day & a half so we emailed her through VRBO. She answered the email & said that is how she communicates (then why were directions left with her phone number?) & she did not get our text. She texted her password & code for YouTube TV, which did not work. She sent a friend, John, the next day who admitted he knew nothing about TV's. Next she sent her business employee, Julio, who also could not get her password to work & used his wife's. He stated the TV is too old & the Wi-Fi is too weak. It worked a couple hours & went blank again. This happened daily. Julio & John returned the day before we left & reset it. An hour after they left, the owner wrote us an email that said that John turned on the TV & it worked the first time for him which is not true. Additionally, she wrote us an email that said she was sorry that we did not know how to work her Firestick & TV, also not true as we worked it perfectly fine the first two days. Also, before we arrived, she said we could park wherever we wanted since she was out of state so we parked on her turnaround lane, not blocking anything. Afterwords, she said we should have been charged extra for parking there. Also, be aware that we asked about an earlier check-in time, which she said come anytime, of which we arrived only an hour & a half early. After, she said we should have been charged an additional fee. She offered for us to stay an additional night for our tv inconvenience but we couldn't since we had other reservations. She then offered an additional free night for a FUTURE stay but we do not plan on being back in the area. We asked since we couldn't use those offers if she would just refund us the one night stay, which she would not. We called VRBO & they tried to reach her twice which she did not answer. We have stayed in VRBO properties for almost 10 years and never had a TV that did not work daily or an owner that said we didn't know how to use it & would not try to work a reasonable good faith compensation. We are both retired school teachers/high school counselors/coaches & want others to be aware of the property shortcomings and the owners treatment.

We are sad that you have been our ONLY guest who could not use our smart tv system in 8 years. We went beyond our property policies to help you in your age and inabilities to have a nice stay - except not being able to refund your stay, as you demanded due to TV or to leave a negative review. Thank you for sharing your opinions, definitely a great lesson for us to help future guests with tech disabilities to use the smart TV easier.
