The living area is equipped with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and reverse cycle air conditioning, ensuring your entertainment and comfort throughout your stay. The self-contained kitchen provides all the necessary amenities for your culinary needs.
There are three bedrooms in the unit, all with built-in wardrobes, offering ample storage space for your belongings. The large combined bathroom and laundry area includes a shower, toilet, vanity, wash trough, and an automatic washing machine, providing convenience and functionality.

For parking, Please note that the carport is very small and not suitiable for large cars ot 4 wheel drives. and if you have a boat with a trailer, there is a Visitors carparking area.

Down the road from the unit, you'll find a great swimming beach and Kent Reserve. Kent Reserve offers BBQ facilities, a playground, and a walking track that stretches from the Bluff to Victor Harbor, allowing you to enjoy scenic walks and keep fit.

Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re et the property.
