Our spectacular 3rd floor Penthouse Suite boasts 16" cathedral ceilings, surrounded by windows offering glimpses of the sea. Truly a home away from home with quaint and comfortable furnishings, HDTV and relaxing patio off the master bed room to enjoy the setting sun and ocean breezes.
There are 2 bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms. The Master bathroom features a spa like experience with separate soaker tub and stand alone shower. In the 2nd ensuite bathroom you will find your own washer/dryer. The impressive gourmet kitchen comes stocked with all the essentials to get you started. Just off the kitchen, you will find a relaxing patio terrace.
Just outside the front door, is Victoria's famous Dallas Road, where you can stroll for miles along the Salish Sea.

You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in starts at 4 pm P.S.T.
Parking is free but there is limited space in the parking area at the back of the house. Larger vehicles may not fit. Please check with us before booking to be sure we can accommodate your vehicle.
This unit offers bicycle storage in a private locker room. If you plan to bring your bicycle(s) along, please reach out to Victoria Prime to discuss before booking.
Victoria is the busy, vibrant and growing capital of British Columbia. Just as in many cities in BC, Canada and likely other countries in the world, we are experiencing a shortage of housing. In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere. We recognize that there could be some daytime noise but are confident that it will not interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria.
