Location, Location, Location! Welcome to Seaside living! Menzies Manor is located just steps from the Ocean in the historic and charming neighbourhood of James Bay, close to all amenities like grocery stores, post office, restaurants and cafes and minutes away from the heart of downtown Victoria. Menzies offers beautiful suites that allow for a complete restful holiday. After a full day of walking around our beautiful city, enjoy the comforts of home.

Our spectacular 3rd floor Penthouse Suite boasts 16" cathedral ceilings, surrounded by windows offering glimpses of the sea. Truly a home away from home with quaint and comfortable furnishings, HDTV and relaxing patio off the master bed room to enjoy the setting sun and ocean breezes.

There are 2 bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms. The Master bathroom features a spa like experience with separate soaker tub and stand alone shower. In the 2nd ensuite bathroom you will find your own washer/dryer. The impressive gourmet kitchen comes stocked with all the essentials to get you started. Just off the kitchen, you will find a relaxing patio terrace.

Just outside the front door, is Victoria's famous Dallas Road, where you can stroll for miles along the Salish Sea.

You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in starts at 4 pm P.S.T.

Parking is free but there is limited space in the parking area at the back of the house. Larger vehicles may not fit. Please check with us before booking to be sure we can accommodate your vehicle.

This unit offers bicycle storage in a private locker room. If you plan to bring your bicycle(s) along, please reach out to Victoria Prime to discuss before booking.

Great spot to enjoy family over Thanksgiving & to take part in the Royal Victoria Marathon! Easy to get to downtown & race start in the inner harbour any cheer on reversing Dallas Rd. Great access to walks & beaches for sunset and to other nifty Victoria neighborhoods.

Menzie's Manor is an A+
I selected Menzie's Manor for our family's "girls' trip". I couldn't have chosen a better place for our stay in James Bay. The location was perfect as we were close to a lovely walking trail along the water's edge and close to shops and restaurants that we could walk to. Downtown Victoria was also close by. Our apartment was beautifully furnished and fully stocked with everything you need in a kitchen. I would highly recommend this wonderful property for a visit to Victoria. I would definitely stay here again if I make another trip to Victoria.

This was a lovely, clean place and conveniently located walking distance to some great restaurants and bakeries and to the southern waterfront walking/bike path. It was really nice having 2 bathrooms. The living area was comfortable and light and the patio was the best, including a view. I would choose this again if I return in the future.

Fabulous Apartment
We had a wonderful stay at Menzies Manor. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean and tidy. The street was quiet and in a great location close to shops and grocery stores. A short walk to downtown Victoria, perfect for what we had planned. The deck area is great for an evening meal during the summer. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Victoria.

We stayed for 3 nights, the place was exactly as described and very clean. From the deck you can see the Ocean and it is only 1 block to walk down and play on the shore and watch the cruise ships come in. The team was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We were walking distance to Beacon hill park, downtown and many other wonderful areas. We would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable and homey; quiet; spacious and had everything we could possibly need (except tissue); within walking distance to everything. Parking was tricky but they do warn you about it. Maybe adding a suggestion to pull forward as far as you can would help with the parking. We had an issue with our code and followed the direction to text the number. After 20 minutes of waiting, I finally phoned and got immediate assistance. Maybe phoning should be the first step when it involves a situation that is time sensitive.

Menzies hits a home run!
Condo was immaculately clean and well furnished. Just 1 block from the ocean and a short walk to inner harbor. Coffee shops and groceries a short walk away. My husband and son are both avid cooks and were pleased with the well equipped kitchen. Quiet neighborhood to escape the hustle and bustle of downtown.

Perfect Location
Only steps from the ocean, a 15 minute walk to downtown and a 5 minute walk to groceries, the location could not have been more ideal. PH 5 was well equipped with everything we needed and was extremely clean and comfortable. The pictures are exactly as advertised. Our host contact responded really quickly to our questions. We’ve been to Victoria numerous times but never stayed in James Bay. What a discovery! Steps away from the beautiful views and welcoming paths along Holland Point and within walking distance of the harbor, Menzies Manor’s penthouse is elegantly appointed, with a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Excellent location in Victoria
We have visited family many times on Vancouver Island but this was the first time we stayed in Victoria. The location was fantastic in that we liked to go for morning walks along the water and grab a cup of coffee on the return. Additionally, to have grocery stores within walking distance made for easy living. The condo itself was great as it was very clean, comfortable and roomy. We really appreciated the large outdoor area to the back for family meetings and the balcony at the front for viewing the neighborhood activities. Everything you need is here. Thank you for a great trip!
