Staff were very helpful and friendly, especially at the restaurant during breakfast. I recommend the breakfast. Pool was rather small and hot tub was out of service for the first couple of days. The room had a Jacuzzi which was great and the bed was nice and comfortable. Good location and overall a great stay.

We were in Victoria for a conference, and were adults in college dorms for a week.. at the end on our last day we wanted to treat ourselves to a real BED!! Sheraton always delivers in the USA, so I went with this trusted brand that has always been above and beyond. What did I receive in return? Cozy plush beds, a giant TV, staff that were welcoming when we came in, and even kinder when we had to leave around 4:30am to catch the Blackball! The gentleman behind the counter on August 13th at 4ish AM-- I wish I'd gotten your name!! You went above and beyond!!! Thank you. I'll be using this location again! Oh, and the pool, saunas, ane hot tub were a HUGE bonus!

The location was nice to stay at on our holiday to the island. Centrally located to explore many different places and do many activities. The room did lack in mirrors, only one the bathroom. Thr shower was excellent and the bed were very comfortable. The sofa bed mattress does need to be changed to a new one. Check in and out was easy and the staff always greeted you, very friendly and helpful.
