The room was impeccable. The staff offered to get me ice when I requested it, even though its not something they usually have on hand. Indeed, they bought ice and provided it to me free of cost. The hotel also came with a lot of free toiletries (which may be useful to some). You can walk to the city center and most stores and historic locations. Everything in the area is very clean and feels safe.

Lovely Hotel, Great Location
We had a wonderful stay, Sarah and Khava at the front desk made our stay even better, they were very helpful with information and anything else we needed. The hotel’s is in a great location that makes it easy to walk, or take transit if needed. The hotel staff add a personal touch while being very professional. It was an enjoyable stay.

Good location for getting around but not a good location if you like to have a peaceful sleep. My husband and I were woken at 6 am for two straight days due to loud construction sounds. Did not interact very much with the staff but they seemed nice.

Very conveniently located to the city center, restaurants, attractions, shopping, etc. Staff was clueless and nothing worked, e.g., the hair dryer, the tablet, the phone, and the safe were all broken. When notifying the front desk they just shrugged and didn't know what to do. Hair dryer was replaced with one from the 1950's when health and safety wasn't an issue. It caught and ripped out large clumps of my partners hair (natural hair). The room had not been cleaned properly before our arrival and there were still crumbs on the table. 2 guests and they only provided 1 sleep package for the 2 nights (this is required because the noise from the road woke us at 7am). No VIP gift. The gentleman at front desk was extremely rude.

Thank you to the staff who were very helpful. The rooms are nice for the price and in a great location. There is some wear here and there but this is not a problem at all. Especially thank you to the young man who checked us in late at night when I’m sure he would rather be out enjoying his bank holiday!

We had an overall good stay at this hotel. We were able to check in a little early, which was nice. We had a deluxe double room. The room size was about what we expected, but we were on the top floor, so we had a slanted wall at the end of the bed due to the roof line. This made it cumbersome to get around the bed, especially at night. The other minor complaint was the bathroom sink. It had no counter space around it (kind of a pedestal style sink), so there was no where to put stuff for shaving or hair prep. On the good side, it was a great location, the breakfast was really good, and the bathroom size was large. Staff was helpful.

Very well located as it is a short walk to Stephansplatz and the underground stations. Whilst the road is generally quiet we were disturbed early mornings on several occasions with loud banging etc - maybe refuse collection. The Hotel does provide an eye mask and ear plugs which I then took advantage of as I am a light sleeper. Secondary glazing with built in black out blinds would be a game changer . Unfortunately there was an issue with hot water during our stay however this was fixed in time for a wonderful hot shower on our last morning! We didn’t sample breakfast or any other facilities the Hotel may have offered. Should we return to Vienna in the future I would reconsider booking this Hotel as we found it to be clean, the staff were helpful and it is perfectly located.
