The room is very nice , clean and comfortable. But we checked in at 3am. The staff required us to pay full two nights of parking . Actually, there's hourly parking nearby . He could offer us to park few hours hourly parking and count us for on-site parking for 1 night. When we check out the second morning at 11am. We would like to take early brunch nearby and ask for little room for the on-site parking for a while. But the staff said the car need to leave the on-site parking right away after check out. We paid £60 for just 1 whole day and 8 hours. Ridiculous

This hotel gets it right! The staff is super friendly and made me feel like a VIP! Everything is thoughtfully laid out and perfect for a long-term stay. It is right across the street from the subway and only 15 minutes away from city center. There is a shopping mall right across the street with a grocery store in the same building. Highly recommended!

My wife and I travel extensively for work and pleasure, so we've stayed in many hotels around the world. But Citadines Danube Vienna truly stands out. During our week-long stay, we felt incredibly comfortable and welcome. This hotel offers everything you could ask for: it's new, clean, quiet, and conveniently located near everything you need in Vienna. Public transportation is right outside the door, and there's a wide variety of restaurants just across the street at Westfield, one of Europe's largest shopping centers. What truly impressed us, however, was the exceptional staff. They were the friendliest, most supportive, and most accommodating hotel reception team we've ever encountered. We want to extend a special thanks to Wojciech, Julie, Juan, Paola, and their manager, Soledad. You all made our stay in Vienna enjoyable and memorable. Thank you so much

The staff was very friendly! The breakfast was good. The food option were good! Close by was Spar supermarket and Noodle King which helped a lot. Especially Spar where i purchased chips and salsa and tolietries for my room. Loved that they were close to the U-Bahn train; about a 2 minute walk. And public transportation right outside. The bus line was very close too. Also Westfield mall was very near (walking distance, about 2 minute walk) and great to grab a bite to eat and walk around! Food vendors nearby that had great food options! Only thing I didn't like was that after 10pm the rooftop patio was closed at 10pm because of quiet time. Which to an American is totally weird but in that respective country, I totally understand it! I asked about the countries reason as to why and was given a truthful response! European countries value quiet at night compared to us Americans, we love loud music at all hours. Depends on the event though! Overall great stay in the hotel. Awesome view at the rooftop patio of the Vienna's 22nd district!

مها يكون مستوى نظافه الفندق وجميع مايتميز فيه لكن عند مستوى الامان لابد من الوقوف هنا تم الدخول لغرفتنا دون اذن منا ولم يتم ابلاغنا بذلك بالصدفه وجدنا بعض القطع سقطت من احد الاشخاص الذين دخلو الغرفه بالرغم من وضع علامات عدم الدخول وتم ابلاغ الاستقبال وتم رفع ايميل للمدير لكن لا يوجد اي تجاوب علامه تعجب على الي حصل وسوء اداري في احتواء الموضوع اتمنى منكم الحذر
