We were two friends staying only one night before as cruise but they had taxi service to the hotel, had a room ready early when we arrived, and even traded rooms at no extra cost for more beds! When we walk into the room, there is trash -(drunk water bottle and paper ) on the floor. And the front desk isn't really helpful in resolving the issue.
