Disappointing experience overall. I chose this place because it’s an apartment hotel, hoping to use the kitchen for cooking. Unfortunately, you have to rent basic kitchen tools like a pan, which was inconvenient and unexpected. Additionally, the front desk staff were not friendly or welcoming. I would not recommend staying here.

The apartment was very clean it had excellent facilities such as hob, kettle, microwave and dishwasher. The apartment was very warm with easy to control air conditioning. The bathroom was clean and spacious with a large walk in shower. Highly recommended and would stay again. Also easy tram links to anywhere in the city made exploring very easy

Convenient, comfortable and friendly stay.
Two night stay close to main railway station. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Room very comfortable except that the queen sized bed was up against a wall, very inconvenient for getting up during the night. We had been travelling for a while, and appreciated the excellent app-operated washers and dryers in the basement. The hotel was a short walk from the tram stop to go into the city centre. Tram to Spanish Riding School or Opera House (city centre) took about 27 minutes. There was no restaurant in this hotel but there is another Adina hotel two blocks away that offers an excellent hot and cold breakfast. Get a reduced rate breakfast voucher when you check in, €18 per person.

Nice location for travel and neat
The apartment is located right next to the train station. So it was really easy to travel. There is no housekeeping so new towels are to be requested. There is basic cutlery and dishwasher for simple meal. Laundry is available at the basement (needs to be paid). The place was spacious and everything was good. The bed curtains had dust but it was ok since I didn't use them.

Walking distance to the central train station. Many choices of public transportation. My room was quite spacious (Family Studio). All the utensils are clean. It is also convenient to have a supermarket nearby.

Very modern, very nice. The advertising for the building was confusing. We expected a pool and a sauna but there was none- despite the tv in our hotel room advertising a pool and a sauna. The rest was nice.

Excellent location: across the road from Wein Hbf (main station). The rooms are modern and well furnished. The staff are friendly and helpful. Self-serve laundry facilities are available on site, although the app to book a spot and machines should be improved. Kitchenware (dishes, glassware, cutlery) are found in rooms which also have a stove and fridge but you need to pay €25 to rent pots/pans; there’s also a €25 for cleaning service since these are not traditional hotel rooms. This didn’t matter since our entire stay was excellent - I would book this property again when in Vienna!

The bad: 1. Weird industrial chic lighting in the room = they forgot to install lamp shades. No reading lights. 2. The hot water would randomly turn off after 10 mins use. Half an hour later it was back for another 10 mins. 3. No shower glass or curtain so water goes all over the floor 4. No room servicing for 4 days. Have to find the dumpsters yourself (they're in the basement) These are meant to be serviced apartments. 5. Charge an extra 25 euros for a 'Kitchen pack' which just contains all the stuff that should be in a kitchen anyway such as a toaster. Bit like advertising a room but then charging more if you want sheets too 6. Kitchen is really small no working space and difficult to use the two hotplates at the same time 7. Expedia did not include the tourist fee in their price 8. Aircon didn't do anything - don't stay here if the weather is warm The good: 1. Close to the main train station, supermarkets and take aways 2. Our room was quiet 3. Room was a good size 4. Kitchen was (just)functional after paying the extra 25 euros In summary: Could have and should have been better

It’s in a great location very short walk from the main HBF and easy to get to from airport. A lot of offices near by in a new part of the city. 2 from to Stephansplatz on the U1 bahn. A good food court and breakfast options available about 200m away and a supermarket just opposite, which was perfect. The rooms are very spacious. It has a kitchenette and dishwasher but I didn’t use it. I would recommend and stay here again for sure. Staff are very nice too.

Fairly large modern units with big bathrooms a block from the main train station and near a university. It's a fair walk to city centre & back but lots to see along the way. Grocery store in the train station was great and nearby restaurants do well. Adina staff were patient and helpful beyond expectations.
